My family and I used to go here for years to get our haircuts. We had the same hair stylist as well and we loved her. She left a few months ago but we decided we would go back to Hair Masters and see if we could find someone new to cut our hair. My daughters and I have very thick hair and we know how it should feel when we leave. I had Sam cut my hair and she questioned everything I said about how much to cut on the length to how thin I wanted it. Well she told me she could only thin it out a little bit that it wasn’t good to thin as much as I needed. I gave up trying to argue with her. I went back in the following Monday and spoke with the manager and explained I had just had my haircut on Friday and asked if I could get it thinned out more since Sam didn’t do it correctly. The manager said sure we can do that but we will be charging you for another hair cut. I looked at her and said you know when our stylist was here we never got treated this way. You just lost our business. I know have gone to the new place where our stylist went and I have the best haircut now, she actually had to fix my hair my bangs were cut wrong them come to find out the right side of my hair was longer than the left umm yeah will never set foot back into Hair Masters again and Sam should actually not be cutting hair. Very disappointed in the service now there.
