Can’t say enough good things about the whole crew! Renters left my house a mess — I thought I’d have to replace the carpets, but I wanted to try professional cleaning first. Called Crystal because of their excellent Unilocal reviews, and they did not disappoint. The carpet looked great when they were done. They also stretched the carpet in some high-​traffic areas.
I will definitely call Crystal again!

I’ve been meaning to add my review, but get busy and even a little lazy. Crystal Carpet cleaned my stairs and upstairs carpet back in October and they did an excellent job. We have since replaced the carpets with hardwoods, but I would definitely use them again! The gentleman that came out was very professional, left some extra booties & cleaner with me and also gave me some tips on how to clean certain spots. This company is very professional and reputable. I’ll probably have them back to spruce up my hardwoods this spring. Two thumbs up!

If every company operated like Crystal Carpet Care, we’d all walk around with big smiles on our faces. My carpet was a disaster, thanks to the shenanigans of my Corgi, Blue Moon. When Kevin came to clean it, he didn’t roll his eyes or scoff at the stains. Instead, he showed me pictures of his beloved Corgi. Then he got to work. The carpet looks great. There were some deep Corgi stains and he worked hard to make them disappear. He said, «I know you’re having an important dinner party on Thursday. If you need any spots redone, call me. I live close by. I want your carpet to look its best for your dinner.» Then he spent a little time with my dog, who is ordinarily pretty shy with people. Blue Moon ended up licking him, a sign of pure love. I love Crystal Carpet Care. They don’t just care for your carpet. They care for you. Their actions make that crystal clear.

I had my sofa and loveseat with cushions cleaned by Crystal Carpet Care. Received courtesy calls about the appointment and when the tech was due to arrive. Kevin did a very good job and was professional. Good job.

The Crystal Carpet Care team did an excellent job from the moment I called to leaving my house in great shape. Even though their speciality is carpet, they even helped clean my hardwoods. They were fast, professional, and even gave me a follow up phone call to make sure my service was great. I felt very taken care of. They were also flexible when I needed to change my appointment, which is very nice on short notice. I highly recommend using them.

Kevin who came to clean and Marilyn on the phone were nothing but courteous and professional. Plus, my carpets and sofa look fabulous.

What can I say about the job these guys did and the service they provide? PERFECT! These guys go above and beyond, communicate well, charge a very fair price and were just a pleasure to work with. Not only were they able to clean my carpets, but they did some seam repairs and even cleaned our living room furniture! I highly recommend Crystal Carpet Care to anyone who is serious about having their carpets look like new!

I have used this company twice, so far, and could not be happier. I had a severe problem in my dining room and they took care of it. The carpet was processed twice on that visit and they do leave the carpet damp BUT the results later that night were well worth it. They were able to get rid of the stains and funky odor left from the previous tenants. I have tried other carpet cleaners but never had such good results.

They did a good job. There was a problem area that I don’t feel got any extra treatment. The carpet was also left pretty wet. I don’t know if that’s normal or not.
