He understands that in a business, his employees/​plumbers are a mirror image of himself, and as a leader his job is to coach and develop his team to focus on customer delight and make sure that each and every customer is treated like they matter. His technicians are top quality trained professional plumbers that will get the job done right the first time. Rafee comes from a customer service background and knows that there is no business without quality service. Growing up in Los Angeles, sfv, San Fernando Valley area he understands the city and the importants of customer care.
