I’M SORRY BUT DON’T EVER GO ANYWHERE ELSE. SERIOUSLY. EMPHATICALLY.
It’s very difficult and rare in this business to come across someone you can trust. In fact, it’s so rare that when you do, it’s hard to believe. We are so so so so thankful to have found Merco.
As Ben Franklin said, «Honesty is the best policy,» Merco is just that — honest. So, so rare to find someone like this — fully/​completely honest and out for your best interest. He is friendly, informative, smart/​knows his stuff and professional. He absolutely saved us — was a complete Godsend.
My wife and I were concerned after receiving a mold report on a home we were buying; the other mold remediation company said that we basically needed to put the house into a bubble for a few days minimum and spend a few grand that we didn’t have to eliminate the mold. Merco came right away to inspect it for us, saying, «Uh, no… This is no big deal at all…» and saved us big time! HUGE HUGE HUGE. He absolutely won our business for the future and long haul. SO SO SO SO SO APPRECIATIVE FOR THIS RARE GIFT OF MERCO.

I usually don’t write reviews, but this company deserves one! They are absolutely amazing. I’ve been a customer for years now & I am always recommending them to everyone I know. No job is too big or too small! Mirko is the best — very accommodating & honest. They are all professional yet very friendly. I can count on them to show up when they are supposed to & fix what needs to be fixed as quickly & efficiently as possible. They’re pricing is also very fair and reasonable, as well (they are worth every penny!).
I have nothing negative to say — the word ‘Pro’ definitely fits the service I receive! Don’t bother looking anywhere else — make them your first & only choice! Excellent is the best word to describe them!!!

About a month ago, I contacted Marco regarding a water damage and mold issue which has spread all the way to my daughter’s closet. Dry Pro was actually the fifth mold remediation company that I had contacted. He came over on the same day and provided me with the most honest and no nonsense evaluation and estimate. Marco was professional, knowledgeable, and confident and came up with a very reasonable estimate so I went with DryPro.
Few days later, his crew with Tony leading it came over. They were professional, efficient, and accommodating and were able to finish the job in a few days as was promised to me.
Overall, I had an excellent experience with Dry Pro in terms of quality of work, service, and price. I highly recommend them.

Merco is an ANGEL. Called Merco the morning after Christmas and he came out 3.5 hrs later-can’t beat that with a stick! We had a very strong smell in our crawlspace that coincided with a small leak. We thought the leak-​perhaps the water on the wood-​was the source of the odor, but Merco said absolutely not. We’re still trying to trace the source of the odor but we greatly appreciated Merco’s responsiveness, advice and trip out to our home. He did not charge us anything which speaks to how good he is and how confident he is in the quality of his service and business. He also texted us a couple of days later to check in for an update. Could he have upsold us on a disinfectant or something else that wouldn’t have solved our problem-​of course, but he didn’t. If we ever have a real water leak/​disaster, he will 100% be our first call! Thank you Merco.

We had a kitchen leak in our crawl space under our house and called a plumber that our neighborhood uses (not Dry Pro). The plumber came out fixed the leak but wasnt knowledgeable about any other questions and concerns i had, especially with a newborn in the home. Should we worry about mold? What happens to the sewage down there? How do we get rid of the moisture in the crawl space? How do we get rid of the rotten egg smell in our house? I found Dry Pro on Unilocal and i am SO grateful! Merco was awesome! He called me back within a few minutes and came out w/​in a few hours. He checked for mold in the house using a hi tech machine. He was able to answer all of my questions and recommended a plan that was w/​in our budge. There was no bs or upselling other things we didnt need. His guys Tony and Leo came out the next day in their gear and removed all of the sewage in our crawl space, spread absorbent crystals for the moisture and disinfected the area. They arrived on time, were very professional, and explained every step to us so we could understand what was going on. Merco left a dehumdifier inside our house over the weekend to get rid of the moisture in our house and put commercial fans outside our vents to help get rid of the smell in our house.
They showed us videos that our kitchen grease line was corroded and clogged. We didnt want a repeat of the same problem again in the near future so I asked for an estimate. It was better than the other estimate we got from another plumber who wasnt as knowledgeable about the situation. Again, Merco’s guys came out two days later and fixed our pipe. Merco sent us before/​after pictures and videos of their work which was impressive.
I know people are wary of plumbers and their ‘estimates’ but I would completely recommend Dry Pro to anyone who has a plumbing/​mold issue in their home. Ill definitely be calling them again for any plumbing issues and am so relieved to have found this company! Thank you Merco!

Fantastic service! Five stars in every category: A) cost B) speed C) efficiency D) knowledge and E) empathy. Having toxic mold in your house is scary. I know, I’ve gone through this twice with two homes. Sickness permeates your family and you are left feeling unsafe in your own house.
Merco came and quickly assessed the situation with his particle counter and his cameras. He knocked out all the mold in one day and then carefully rebuilt my ceiling and closet as if nothing had happened. He worked around our schedule, was prompt and informative.
The thing I liked the most was the way he didn’t over complicate the situation. Too often these mold removal companies attempt to overcomplicate things and over charge. Not these guys. Merco tested, remediated and repaired in one quick two day process.
Don’t bother calling anyone else!

I found out my kitchen and upstairs bathroom in my rental property had been leaking into the dry wall space and had done some serious mold and water damage. I had gotten several estimates from contractors and mold remediation «experts» who wanted to open up my entire kitchen including removing and possible destroying my granite counters and for ridiculous amounts of money! They weren’t even willing to find out where the water was coming from which was the whole point in eliminating any future mold problem.
Merco and his team truly saved the day! He is professional, courteous, thorough, with reasonable prices you just can’t beat! He carefully investigated where the leak was coming from and snaked the reminder of the drain pipes to make sure they were patent and intact prior to fixing the leak. No future leak, no future mold problem! Plus he went out of his way and also found out my kitchen sink and granite counters weren’t sealed properly so also did that and more! He was able to document everything for me sending me updates with photos and videos while I was at work. It is not every day that you meet someone in his profession who truly cares about making your home safe and doing an excellent job, in a timely fashion, under budget. The were careful in removing the cabinet faces and frames, protected my hardwood floors throughout the process. So thankful they we’re able to take care of it all.
All the repairs were completed in less than a week and the restoration of my kitchen was unbelievable! It looks AMAZING!
I highly recommend Merco and his team from Dry Pro Restoration for any home drain and water issues. Such a positive experience with this company. I promise the only regret you will have is if you go with someone else! THANK YOU MERCO!

Part 2: The DryPro team finished up their work yesterday and it looks awesome. Tony and Leo were GREAT — quick, courteous and did impeccable work. The ledge where our water heater is now permanently installed (thanks to Josue!) has NEVER looked so good. The wall they rebuilt inside looks flawless, like nothing ever happened. Because of the wall damage, they even removed the wallpaper (which I have never liked — it was there when we bought the house) and repainted the laundry space, which looks so much better now! Everyone had great communication about process and what time they would be working at the house. I feel incredibly lucky to have found this company. Quick, top-​notch and easy! If you have water damage, these are your guys!

Merco at Dry Pro restoration to the rescue! Our new home had a sewer line that was completely, utterly broken to pieces. Merco did our sewer for the home inspection, plus a flush to access the damage since he couldn’t even get a camera down there. He gave us a fair quote and as soon as escrow closed he set to work immediately on fixing the pipe for us. He finished in less than and week and did an amazing job! You can’t even tell a deep hole was dug in our backyard. He used a process that meant we didn’t have to have a trench dug in the whole yard, which was completely amazing to me. Not only was the work dont extremely quickly and professionally, Merco is a pleasure to deal with. I am so happy with how the entire process went. Thank you so much Merco!

Once again Mirko and his team came out last minute to fix my toilet Josue also noticed my sink was draining the water very slow so he took that apart and cleaned out all the hair that had got stuck in there. He didn’t need to do that but I am very happy he did my water is now running prefect

These guys are very good, very courteous, and very professional.
My washing machine flooded my laundry room, part of my kitchen, and part of my dining room on a Monday night. My girlfriend found these guys the very next morning and they were at my place Tuesday morning without having a prior appointment or anything. Merco called me, let me know that he was in the area and that he could come and stop by to check out the damage and what not. I have hardwood floors so I was hoping that this could be salvaged. Merco took a look with his thermal-​vision (or whatever it’s called) camera and let me see where there was humidity.
They did their work, dried the floor, cut out the dry wall that needed to be cut, replaced it, replaced the base boards and quarter rounds, and all seems to be well. Merco was very very professional, very nice and courteous. His guys Tony and Leo were also very very cool guys who did their job excellently.
Should anything happen again, I’ll for sure be calling these guys!

I hired Merco to do a mold removal job after a kitchen teardown. He gave me a fair estimate and had the job done on time. He did the job with the minimal amount of drywall removal.
He made sure to seal of the kitchen from the rest of the house, which was a major concern, since we have a toddler.

Couldn’t be happier with the job Dry Pro did. They showed up and did and great job and the pricing was above and beyond fair. The owner Mirko is honest and takes his time to explain in detail all that’s going on.
I have had many plumbing companies come and do things I have no clue about and they didn’t take the time to show me anything. Mirko took pictures of past botched jobs and now I have proof of how in the past i was totally screwed over by the last plumbing company who btw charged me thousands of dollars.
I will forever use Dry Pro.
