I do not like dealing with this office and I recommend for your own well-​being– you’re probably better off finding a different office. The doctor has generally been fine, until now, but dealing with the office has always been complete frustration. This last incident has provoked me to write this review.
For two weeks the office has been stringing me along with what is apparently wrong information about a prescription re-​fill. Finally after no call backs and the wrong info from the pharmacy, I call requesting to speak with the Dr/​office manager and I’m told they won’t re-​prescribe the solution for my pet because she needs to be seen again. If its not broken, don’t fix it! But I guess they want my money. Well its not happening. This is complete incompetence, and added aggravation for what?. My pet needs her medicine, which has been working great for her. Two weeks ago they told me no problem and today I’m told they won’t prescribe it again because my pet hasn’t been seen for 7 months. Why wasn’t I told that 2 weeks ago? Why does she need to be seen again NOW? The medicine has been working great. My dog is 18 years old w/​kidney & heart issues– I don’t want to cause her any added anxiety by dragging her to the Dr again. I’ve never had a vet’s office cause this much of an issue for me. Very unpleasant. And they’re not cheap either.

Very caring and thorough. Outstanding office staff. My baby is in very good hands here. The vet was very easy to understand and exceptionally patient!

Dr. McNabb is extremely professional and caring. She was called at night from an emergency clinic regarding an eye issue and she stayed on the phone with them to explain what should be done. Next morning she called back to follow up. Amazing caring doctor.

The facility is nice, the staff is personable and caring, and Dr. Noelle McNabb has a wonderful bedside manner with animals. I’ve been back once and the service was just as great the second time. I would highly recommend them.

I’ve been in twice for the same dog. Very pleased. I’ll write my true review this weekend…

Sometimes in life our pet’s eye (s) need the best. I was petrified
that my favorite dog in the world was going to lose his eye. He had ripped out the stitches from a disastrous surgery his (now former) vet had done. It was the weekend. I went to the emergency hospital in studio city (they are a premium emergency facility) and they helped with what they could do along with contacting Dr McNabb. She was very helpful but couldnt make it there Sunday night, gave instructions for the night and had us come in at 8:00 the next morning. She fixed my dog!!! She and her staff are oustanding in everything. Knowledge, kindness, and magic. Dr. McNabb rebuilt my big doggie’s bottom eyelid and stayed involved every step of the way. She is as kind as she is brilliant ! I am so thankful the emergency hospital recommended her. She’s gotta be the best there is.

Dr McNabb and her assistant Tiffany are wonderful. She explained everything in great detail and were able the do the procedure the same day. My Brutus seems to be healing nicely. I am very happy we were referred here.

We’re so grateful to Dr. McNabb! The lens in our senior beagle’s eye ruptured and she was in a good amount of pain. After temporary treatment to lower the dramatic pressure increase in her eye, Dr. McNabb helped us understand and decide between all of the options available (some surgical and some not). We opted for surgery and she did a beautiful job. Our perky, happy 16 year old is back to her I-​love-​life self :)

I am so grateful for the referral to Dr McNabb by one of my sweet boys many fabulous doctors on his team. I don’t do kids so my pups are my babies so look out if you are a doc who rubs me the wrong way!
Dr McNabb and her assistant we perfect in every way! They accommodated me and got me in within 2 hours on a Friday, were so gental with my boy, explained everything in detail, never felt rushed and most importantly offered many pain control options post his procedure to repair his non– healing corneal ulcer.
I had been to another highly recommended eye doctor but there was just something that didn’t feel right and I’m so glad I followed my gut!

Dr. McNabb is incredible. She is so thorough and does not rush through appointments. My dog was attacked by another dog which resulted in proptosis and severe eye trauma. We have a long road of recovery ahead of us but Dr. McNabb is doing everything in her power to save the eye, when another animal hospital pretty much gave up on it. She is worth every penny.

Animal Vision Care and Dr. McNabb are THE place to go if your pet has eye issues, including glaucoma. My little Sammy has «loose» lenses along with glaucoma. He lost sight in one of his eyes before we saw Dr. McNabb, but with her help, she is saving the vision in his other eye. She is just INCREDIBLE with the dogs and her rates are very affordable. My little guy actually LIKES going to her office, if you can imagine that! I absolutely love Dr. McNabb and her assistant, Erica, and highly recommend them!

Fantastic! I brought my little kitty in and Dr. McNabb saw her right away, diagnosed her quickly and provided very detailed and helpful instructions on how to administer medication. They’re the best!
