I decided to get my filling done from Dr. Pallum. It was between the teeth and I have a cavity there. She filled my cavity with a syringe filled with resin color filling. Fyi, I have never had a filling done this way before this lady. Five days later, I started flossing on the teeth that she did a filling on. I waited for five days for my filling to settles in. Guess what?! The filling is loose as I floosed and I gingerly let it go back down. Everytime I eat on the side that she did filling on, it hurts unimaginably. So I just eat on the opposite side of my mouth.
I called and complained about it. I also reported to Medicaid about how the service was terrible and whatnot. I’m a student and I was under my parent’s insurance before then. My regular dentist perform fillings and I never had problem such as this. This is my very time and I am very agitated and frustrated about this.
Update: today I went redone the filling that Dr. Pallum perfomed on and from the way she was performing I noticed that she may not be well experienced or just want to get it done asap and move on. She tried to make out as if it wasn’t her fault. I didn’t say anything back since I’m afraid she’ll retaliate me by doing bad work on the teeth that she messed up on.
After anaesthesia worn off, the filling is too high and I am having trouble closing my mouth. I went back and talked to a receptionist, who wasn’t customer friendly. I just talked in a calm manner not to make anything out of it. I have to wait an hour to be seen by the Dr. Pallum. I’ll update on how the fillings went as time pass. I hope the redone filling won’t bother like last time.
In conclusion, I would never ever recommend this dentistry. If you are planning to come here, please do not make an appointment with this dentist, Dr. Pallum.

I went here to get a root canal recently, it cost me over $ 1000. While I was there I got the feeling this location was less than professional. After the root canal I got another infection on the same tooth so I went to another dentist in Bloomingdale who said that this infection is a direct result to a poor job done on this root canal. Now I must have it redone. What a waste of time and money.

Beware! You are treated like cattle! Communication is horrible. They didn’t tell us that our child had 4 cavities only lost fillings which happens frequently. They will not transfer or give you copies of your X-​rays unless you pay $ 20. Huh? Didn’t you get paid by the insurance?
