I came here on an early Saturday morning to get a drug test. I was confident enough to know I would be able to do my thing and leave. Unfortunately, the lady up in front (also the collector) was so rude. She began to complain that she would have to wait three hours since I went to the bathroom beforehand, you should be prepared. It is her job to wait if I can’t go. She also
told me that once her appointments start coming in, she has to push me back. To which she did add «stay off your phone and drink water». It was like a mother reprimanding a child! Her entire attitude was condescending to say the very least. She has the very aura of person of trying to be polite but rudeness comes out instead. When I gave her my ID which was wet from the water she wanted me to drink, she went on to exclaim this feels nasty, oh it’s just water! After a few minutes, I did my thing (without a three hour wait thank you very much), to which she did add on «I’m glad you can prepared». If you don’t want to work Saturday, don’t work. When you work with people, we are expecting to be treated decently. Being polite, comes with the job of working with people. If you don’t like that, keep your snide comments to yourself. It is entirely unprofessional. It’s an insult to the medical industry that someone who works in healthcare could be so callous with people.

Terrible customer service. There was only one lady who was working the front test and doing tests in the back. The phones were ringing and no was answering them. There was a bell to ring when you arrived so she knew someone was there, but when you rang it she would get really annoyed and say she was with a customer.

I visited for a drug screening today and the staff was awesome. I made an appointment and I’m glad I did because it was busy. The facility was very clean as well!

Day after a snow blizzard so nobody was there.
Yet, three patients were outside and we all made it there.
The roads are clear… where are they?
Here it is three hours later… no email, no call… nothing to let us know when/​if they will be in.

Their mean and their not giving the right result. They always say the sample is dilluted, which is not right.
