Business Owner

Evan Burg is the founder and owner of Cloud 9 Detailing. His roles in the company are working directly with customers, overseeing marketing and growth, quality control, as well as performing the actual detailing services.

Utilizing prior knowledge in sales and marketing, Evan strives to build and maintain a successful company, while gaining connections he can use in his future endeavors. His experience comes from having a natural sense of creativity, ambition, diligence, and the motivation to do big things.

Do not waste your time with this yokel. He is a young kid that not once followed through on three scheduled appointments. He canceled all of them via text at the last minute. I should have figured he was sketchy just by the insistence of only cash during the one time I did speak to him. Which means insurance will not cover his work. His business will go no where just from the lack of professionalism.

I shopped around to find a place that will provide quality work and a good price. When I found Cloud 9 I honestly thought the price was too good to be true seeing as local competition is two or three times as expensive.
I am overly impressed with the work. The problem spots I didn’t think would come clean look like the day I bought the car. Evan was professional and explained everything step by step and answered all of my questions thoroughly.
I will return to get my motorcycle detailed and recommend this place to friends and family.

I visited Cloud 9 Detailing after I had spilled some juice on the seat of my car. Luckily a quick search connected me with Cloud 9 Detailing. Evan, the owner, was able to take me in the same day and went ahead and did a full interior detail on my car. I just got my car back (the same day) and the interior looks spotless! The inside of my car looks factory new. Customer service was great and it was all done at such a reasonable price!

NOTE: GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. You don’t get your money worth out of this guy, all he does is walk back and forth and try’s to tell you that’s the best he can do when he just wants the money. he’s service is horrible the waiting room is dirty and he doesn’t take his customers seriously! Very upset with his service and lack of care. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. If you want your car looking great don’t come here it looks like a job you can do at your home! good luck: p

Great service. I had my 2003 Explorer cleaned up after getting some body work done. I replaced the fender myself and it needed to be buffed out to match. The owner took very good care of it. Very profession yet personal. I will certainly be back. PS. My truck was really bad before bringing it in.

Made an 8:00 am appointment and dropped my car off on time. Called at 1:30 and was told they needed 3 more hours. Came at 4:30 (8 hours later) and the only thing that was done to my car was that it was vacuumed and dash was dusted. Owner explained that they had someone not show up for the day. Someone should have called me and told me this. I wasted a whole day off and had no car the entire day for nothing. He offered if I left my car there that they would finish the job but I was unable to leave it there for longer because I had a birthday party to go to. 8 and a half hours should be plenty of time to detail the inside of a car. Very disappointed and would not recommend.

Excellent customer service and the (utterly trashed, 24 year old car) came out looking like the interior was new. Amazing job. UPDATE: My Dad has been driving the car back home (across the country) and is getting compliments left and right about how amazing it looks. We won’t have a problem selling now!
