Just got back my full size Dodge Ram 1500 and I’m very impressed. Ken the owner was very easy to deal with and communicated with me along the way that it might be an extra day.
I use this truck for a landscape business so it was very dirty. The price for the detail was great and the work was fantastic. Highly recommended

Got my moms car the complete detail for her birthday. It was average at best. Multiple spots on the exterior where the wax wasn’t fully rubbed in. Also, on her passenger seat there is a line of indentation marks that they claim were there before, which they weren’t. Not a huge deal since whatever they put on the seat didn’t puncture it. However, one of the detailers came out to look at it and was pretty rude about it and kept saying how long he worked on the car and that it looked great to him.
We wouldn’t come back.

Auto One is the only place I will take my cars now. I called last Saturday for a windshield replacement and car detailing on my Caliber. Not only was their price the best around, but they also fit me in the next day. With having 2 children my car was extremely dirty. It looked brand new when I picked it up! Amazing!

Awesome deal for a hand wax and complete detail. $ 139.00. The owner Ken was very friendly and helpful. We wanted the more expensive package and he down sold us to the package he thought we needed. I thought we need a rub out and he said a Hand Wax should do. He was right and the little SUV looks new.

Simply put, the worst auto detailing experience I’ve ever had. I was given this «detail» as a gift from my boss, if I didn’t know any better I’d think he was mad at me.
My Miata isn’t the easiest car to clean and frankly I wasn’t expecting it to look showroom new when they were done with it. Upon first look the car was a glimmering shiny reincarnation of its former self and I left pleased. When I got home and looked at the car closer I did notice a spot where they had removed the red paint from the edge of my fender, most likely with a high speed buffing wheel, not the end of the world a little bit of touch up took care of that problem.
The big complaint I have, which I feel is inexcusable, unfolded after all the gooey silicone based products Auto One uses wore off. They seriously gave my car a silicone bath. The sheer carelessness they took when buffing put marks over the rubber seals and plastic moldings of the car. My windshield molding is burnt with white rubbing compound, there is wax strewn all over my plastic door molding, the crevices between body panels still have waxy residue in them. This is elementary stuff.
Before you question my ability to identify a proper detailing job I should mention that for a long period of my life I worked in the field. That combined with the fact that my Audi went at nearly the same time to Classic Appreciation in Birmingham and still to this day looks stunning. The Miata even spent the winter all warm and cozy in the garage while the Audi carried on daily driving duties.
In the end, my poor Miata needs a detail to clean up after its detail… pathetic.
