Instant Lube

I had to wait in the office for 10 minutes, until someone came in. The web site for this business is a disaster. Other than that It was ⁴⁄₅ stars. PLUS Sushi is right next door.

So much for the 29.99 oil change??? I left there with simply an oil change; no air filter even and it was 80 dollars. I even had a coupon (that I handed to them when I arrived) but oops, they probably forgot that too. Sadly that is not even my main complaint.
This is how my fun filled Jiffy Lube on Oddie experience started. I needed an oil change. Pretty straight forward. When I pulled up I explained to the guy as I was stepping outside of my passenger door, «please do not open the driver door, use the passenger door». I had had a wind incident the day prior and it being a Sunday I couldn’t take it in till Monday. I asked three times. They said no problem. I said if it is a problem I can come back after it gets repaired. Long story short; they opened the door, dented my door horribly, tried to give it back like they hadn’t done anything and still charged me 80 dollars. Then they denied my claim. I was asking them to pretty much Pay my deductible for the comprehensive claim that I had filed about the wind damage. I spent two hours getting estimates per their requirement and another hour writing a letter to Griffco as to what happened. They wouldn’t even give me a phone number to speak to anyone.
They denied my claim with a letter in the mail that said per their findings they were not in the wrong.
They were very much in the wrong and now my car door that had a bit of a jam issue has a three inch huge dent from where they opened a door they were asked not too. They worst part is they tried to pass it off back to me like nothing was wrong. I would seriously reconsider who you choose to get your oil changes from. Bad company policy all the way down and very shady if you ask me.

The workers were great. They explained the options for me to choose from and then did a great job. The place was clean and you can even watch them work on your car via video cameras they have inside the waiting room if you want to. I’ll be back.

Short and sweet and everyone was very nice. Go here instead of jiffy lube down the way. Great coffee and cold water while you wait too. Excellent service!

Fantastic service, super fast and the people are very professional. You are comfortably seated in air conditioned room with bottled water and gourmet coffee for you. Best of all is the close circuit TV that allows you to watch the service being done on your vehicle.
Will definitely go back no question.

This is a short review. Why? Because what else can you say about a lube place? They are friendly, fast and there isn’t any sales pressure like at the other lube place (cough cough Jiffy). These guys were great. Not over the top. Not over priced. Friendly and fast. Bonus … in their waiting room you get to see multi– angled cams showing them working on your rig. That is pretty cool!!!

I bring my pick-​up over here all the time. Brought my car in for a service. Realized they have been ripping me off the hole time. They don’t have a clue what they are doing. They make you upgrade to full synthetic every time. Stating the manufacturer recommends it. That is not true, manufacturers only recommend full synthetic on certain engines. My car is not one of them. Be aware they will rip you off telling you to get the full synthetic for double the price. Make sure that’s what you need before going to these guys.

Fast service. Shop is very clean. Checked all the fluids and even cleaned my Windows. Less expensive than other places. Win!

What can you say about an «Instant Lube» but it was fast. No pushing for other services or parts like windshield wipers or cab filters. Very efficient and did what I asked them to do expediently, courteously inc. handing me a bottle of ice water as I drove up.

Excellent service. I love being able to choose the oil I want and staying inside the truck while it is being done.

I always come here when I need something done to my car… They are super friendly and quick with my oil changes and you don’t need to get out of the car. You can watch them on the T. V screens and see them change your oil and they check everything on your car. Really like this place. Sometimes I feel its pricey, but I really believe you pay for the great service given.

This is the second year that I’ve gone here to get a smog and register my car. I had to wait about 30 seconds longer than I did last year. The whole process of smogging and registering the car takes about 3 minutes. There was a short line, but it moved quick. They apologized for the wait. lol, what wait. it took about 10 minutes from waiting in line until I was driving on my way. Plus, I got a free pen. Score! :)

I went straight from Instant Smog to get my oil change here and both visits combined took me 15 minutes… maybe. I love not having to spend all day waiting for my car. Mervin was helpful and informative and service was fast like lightening. Just make sure you tell them which kind of oil you want before they get going!

Today was my first experience with this business and it resulted in gaining me as a new loyal customer!

and limped my van to their location. They immediately knew what the problem was and cheerfully took care of it.
It honestly felt like I was at a small town garage where everyone already knew each other — and it wasn’t just «show».
