Tires Plus

I just want to say that Scott, the manager of this Tires Plus store, does an absolute amazing job of running his store. The service is fast, the price is right, and the customer service is outstanding. I am not making this up or even work for Tires Plus, the service Scott and his employees provide is so good you need to experience it for yourself. I get great value and superb customer service every time and I will continue to go to the Sparks Tires Plus as long as I do.

Everyone at this location is great to work with.
I’ve brought at least five personal vehicles to the guys (and one gal) at this Tires Plus, and I always leave feeling like I’ve scored a deal and met a great new person or two. The employees are attentive, detail-​oriented, and relaxed. They will often apply coupons for work done even if I walk in sans said coupon.
Earlier tonight, I had a full inspection done on a recently purchased used car, and was informed that my oil was still brand new and advised not to spend the extra money on this service.
Bottom line: Honest, competitive prices, great location.

Wow! I am super impressed by these guys. I desperately needed an oil change. So, I Unilocaled and found these guys, and I called to see about bringing my car in for an oil change, they had no time that day, but made an appointment for the next day (today).
I came in at 9am, and they took my car in immediately, and it was done new filter, clean oil and even fixed/​tightened a loose oil pan for free, the result of shoddy work by the last people who changed my oil.
As my husband drives the last few miles to our destination, the car ran great for our road trip and I will definitely be back for any services my car needs. And did I mention that all this was for the reasonable price of less than $ 30?

Great service! They fixed the tiny little pin-​hole leak in our tire… & didn’t charge us anything at all. We’ll be back next time for sure!

For the most part my boyfriend handles most of my car maintenance but I got a coupon in the mail for a $ 19.95 oil change. Really, We can’t even buy the oil and filter for that low, so I opted to have it done at the shop instead this time.
I went in with my coupon on a weekday morning. The gentleman behind the counter asked if I would be leaving the car there or waiting for it. … Wait, What?! He said It would be an hour before they could get to it. I recognize that this is a shop that specializes in tires, not quick in and out oil changes so I asked if I could make an appointment for later that day to make it easier for both of us. I really didn’t have time to wait an hour and didn’t have an alternative ride to leave my car there. It was an oil change, frankly I hadn’t thought of that.
I went back at the appointed time and still waited a full hour for my oil change to be completed.
On the plus sides, they didn’t try to upsell me anything, and it was only $ 19.95 plus tax for a synthetic oil change. A great deal. The counter attendant was also very friendly.
I realize I was not their biggest and most profitable job of the day and that we aren’t the family that is going to have many car repairs done anywhere, However, I do buy tires from time to time and I own 4 cars, and this was their time to shine.

I brought my car in because we had a really bad radiator leak that we didn’t know where it was coming from. And I just decided to hit the place with the good reviews where I was close to. And luckily I stumbled in here. Travis helped me. I first asked how much a Pressure Checker was for the radiator and he quoted me $ 24.99. I told him I heard I could get it for free at many places (I heard this from the guys across the street at XpressLube) so he said yeah but Tires Plus also checks everything else out too fluid wise. He went out and checked my car for me, just to kind of see what was really going on. He looked at it and then went back in and told me it could just be a hose because he felt it leak all around. He ordered the part from Acura and he would call me the next day when it came it so I could bring it in to get fixed, he would also tell me what was wrong before he started the fixing. Which he did! He called me often and let me know the status of the repair. It took about 3 hours but the car has been working great so far. I really like their customer service and how they update us often. He didn’t over price me, I called another number and told me that $ 95 is a pretty dam good quote. And thats all I paid, it included filling up the antifreeze, and I got a free pressure checker.
All I can say is that I will go again when something else comes up! Definitely recommend!

All requested service to my vechile was completed in a timely manner, professional and they even gave me a discount for being such a great customer. we have been coming to tires plus for a long time and I have to say this is my favorite location– (Northwest McCarran is great as well)
The guys here are really helpful!
My vehicle has the extended warranty which covers everything when something goes wrong but the dealership doesn’t perform inspections.
Needless to say it was driving horrible and it was scarry. took it to these guys they found out the rack n pinion was damaged and leaking and our steering and alignment were off.
It cost me $ 60 for oil change and a full inspection.
After the dealership installed the new part but botched the job on the steering and alignment these guys fixed it and gave us a really good deal!
I just got 4 new tires, They had a deal going for a lesser brand of truck tire buy3 get 1, the price for my prefered tire was $ 20 more a piece which i found at competitor for $ 10 less each, I asked if they could give me a deal the manager cut the price so it was like buy 3 get 1 ½ off, I love them for this because I saved arround $ 80 which was close to the price of the lesser tire.
I have had the 100k service and alignment done– 25% off online coupons!
and Im getting brakes done this month! check these guys out they can handle virtualy every issue with your car and give you a fair price.
