Established in 2009.

Red House Property begin in 2009 with a focus on offering full service property management in San Diego to single family homes, condos, and small apartments.

Business Owner

Richardson «Red» Griswold is a licensed California Real Estate Broker and is the designated broker officer for Red House Property Management. Mr. Griswold previously served as Vice President of a commercial and residential property management company in Los Angeles, at the time ranked 15^th largest in the state of California.

At Red House, Mr. Griswold monitors and ensures legal compliance with the Department of Real Estate and all applicable laws regulating the property management industry. In addition, he oversees business development and property owner relations.

Mr. Griswold is also a member of the California State Bar and maintains a real estate law practice. He earned his undergraduate degree from the University of California, Davis and his law degree, magna cum laude, from California Western School of Law in San Diego.
