The Snohomish Home Depot isn’t just a hardware store. We provide tools, appliances, outdoor furniture, building materials to Snohomish, WA residents. Let us help with your project today!
Worth the drive! Plenty of people looking for customers to help, aisles uncluttered enough to get through — and all of the basics for home improvement. The tile, flooring guy is really helpful and provided us some great insights about what to do — and not.

This review is on the lumber/plywood/roofing/pro area. I wish i could give them a 2.5 stars. Been there at least 10 times in the 3 months. Spent a lot of money there on various projects for our new house. Was there today to get plywood and 2×6’s, my first 10 minutes was spent locating a cart capable of caring these products, went back out to the parking lot to find one. 2x6x8’s out of stock on the lower shelf, found a bundle up high cant find anyone to pull it down with fork truck and undand it, so just end up paying a few more bucks for the 10 footers. Several of the carts in the isle have been there loaded for days or even longer. People obviously loaded them up then changed thier mind. One particular cart has been loaded with roofing material for over a month. I only know this because ive had to move it out of my way a few times. If i notice this going there 2 – 3 times a week how does an associate not notice and free up a cart and room in the already crowded aisles. The employees are very helpful and quick to answer any questions, but I’m thinking possibly they are under staffed. Unfortunatly, they own the market in snohomish.

Got great service from Johnny in the paint department. I couldn’t find any of the plasti dip paint for a project I was doing. He happened to come down my isle and asked if I needed any help, and I said actually yes. He was able to find the paint hidden in a box behind some other paints. Easily saved me a trip somewhere else.

LOVE this Home Depot, it’s always a joy going to their Snohomish location. All the staff are incredibly above and beyond both friendly and helpful. It feels like a Mom and Pop shop in the sense that all the staff are incredibly personal and helpful, but a big chain in the sense that they are of course, a chain, and have a huge selection when it comes to paint, wood, home appliances etc. I have never been disappointed by this location and the superior customer service is what keeps us frequenting this location. I would highly recommend!

We ordered carpet and installation through this store. The service was beyond stellar! From beginning(thank you Owen) to end we were kept updated and statused. We were given a time frame with steps to expect along the way along with regular email updates. Home Depot kept to that schedule to the tee! The installers were professional and courteous, showed up when they said they would and did a beautiful job. Thank you Home Depot, I would give 10 stars if I could.

I recently bought a house that’s I’m in the process of completely remodeling. After spending more time at this Home Depot than I’d like to admit, I’ve finally had enough. I bough 10 gallons of paint for the interior of my home. The first bucket was fine, the second was a color match version(I had the paint card in hand, this should have been simple). Now my entire house is two different shades of the same color and I don’t have time to repaint a 2000 sq ft house. CHECKTHEPAINTLABELS. On a separate occasion I had an employee named Nile call my phone at 9pm asking for my husband because she saw his name on paperwork and thought they might be old friends. The last and final time I visited this store I special ordered a product because they didn’t carry what I needed in store. They sent me the wrong product and gave me a hard time about returning it. There’s nothing here that I can’t find at lowes, except poor customer service.

Home Depot is one of those places where the employees they hire really make a difference in your experience. At this location we have only encountered helpful staff, that don’t mind taking the time to explain do-it-yourself projects. My boyfriend and I both assumed we would need to pay someone to replace some pipes, but one employee(ugh forgot his name) explained the whole process and we are now confident we can do the project ourselves! One upvote for that employee! I will find you next time we are there and let management know how valuable you are!

Wow! What a difference a few miles makes! The Everett Home Depot is deplorable. I avoid it like the plague. My friend made me go to HD in Snohomish and I have to say I nearly went kicking and screaming. Surprise, surprise… this is… Home Depot? Wow! Great customer service and everything I was looking for. Even one of the employees at HD Snohomish said he had had problems with the folks at the Everett store the times she had shopped there. Time for Everett to take note. This is a great store!!!

For some reason, the staff in this store are very friendly. I must have had 3 people wish me a good night when I was leaving. The polite cashier even thanked my friend for his service after requesting a military discount.

I’ve been to this Home Depot location multiple times even though I have one closer to my home. The service is always superb and are extremely helpful compared to many other locations! The have everything that I’m looking for and then some. I’ll be back to this location when needing something in the future.

Over two years after my initial review, the Snohomish Home Depot continues to provide outstanding service, helpful and knowledgeable employees, quick checkout and competitive prices. The store is leaps and bounds cleaner then the Mill Creek Lowes and has a very welcoming feel to it. This is by far my choice of home improvement stores.

Read my review about the Woodinville Home Depot Store. I really enjoy coming to this store location. I have found that the staff are knowledgeable in the areas that they work or are hard at finding someone that is knowledgeable to answer my questions. I started to frequent this store location because of some bad experiences with the Woodinville store location. I like Home Depot and would recommend this store location.

I go into Lowes and the employees scatter like i have leprosy. Home Depot, the first thing before I even enter the store was greeted warmly with 5 employees(very scared, now as I am used to mean NYC kind of service). But these folks were very honest and sincere. I mean, where else would you get this kind of service: the Ritz Carlton. Yes, I am comparing Bickford’s Home Depot to the Ritz. Everytime, I’m there i have had nothing but the best service. Is it because I look like a dumbass who doesn’t know a hammer from Arm & Hammer? Probably, but it works to my advantage, as I get tons of help and info whenever i go there.

Right off, I’m not a rabid fan of big box anything, especially hardware stores. Not so much in the selection and layout, but the people that generally work there. Lowes was the company that wrecked Eagle Hardware as an example. Other Home Depots are generally staffed with employees whose only job is crowd control and answering your questions with short, terse responses. Yes, their are exceptions. This store in Snoho is one of Home Depot’s newer locations and they quickly learned that you better be spot-on with the service in this town and be nice to people. That means personal service and not customer«processing». Customers like to walk into a business, any business, and feel like they are more or less welcome and not yet another pain in the ass for some clerk to deal with.

Not a huge fan of the giganto-corporate stores, but this Home Depot was a surprise to me. Went there after I swore off the mom-and-pop McDaniels in town(they were mixing religion with business, when usually turns me away). The staff is very helpful and attentive. I had one guy spend like 30 minutes with me just talking about different types of ceiling fan motors.
