Don’t bother going out of your way to get a 6 dollar foot long cause no subway around here honors the commercials.

The manager here is just awful, and instead of listening and posting attention to the customers, she makes assumptions. Then, when she is not correct, she gets mad and throws things and gets rude and nasty with the customers. Not sure how this woman is a manager.
How about listening, and asking questions, rather than getting mad at customers for YOUR mistakes?!
Not returning to THIS Subway…

This is the second time I’ve been to this location and both times it’s been terrible. The people are friendly enough but they are so stingy with toppings. I got my daughter and son both a 6 inch and they literally only put three small pickles and two olives on their ENTIRE sandwich. Ridiculous. Plus they wanted shakers and they only put a few DROPS of oil but no vinegar no salt pepper no oregano nothing else. If I want a sub sandwich I’ll go to port of subs. They never let me down and they’re generous with their toppings.
Also my friend got her son a kid size sandwich and they didn’t even wrap it they just shoved it in a small bag that they put their cookies in. All the toppings and stuff fell out everywhere. It was supposed to come in a Big Hero 6 bag. Are you kidding me. I will never come here again.

This Subway is about 10 times better than the one on Ave D in Snohomish. They always greet you when you come in, its clean, and the line moves at an efficient pace. I’ve always been able to find a seat during lunch time, and I’ve never had anything go terribly wrong and I eat here frequently. As far as the food you’re getting its the same deal as any other Subway so I won’t go into that. I’ve never experienced them running out of anything and I don’t think I ever spent more than 10 minutes in there if I’m just grabbing a sandwich.
The only minor complaints would be that they don’t have jalapeño chips and their bottled drink selection is pretty slim. While they didn’t use to participate in the promotions you see on TV, it appears that they are now, yay!
Overall pretty standard Subway — but they’re really friendly here. Seriously, I don’t think I’ve ever walked in the door without someone saying hi. They’re pretty speedy and the foods what you’d expect. Colleen is so nice, and tries really hard here. She always makes conversation with everyone, and makes you feel right at home. There are several people who I’ve literally seen in here everytime I come in — this Subway has its own lunch regulars and I feel like thats saying something. Even if the line is to the door, you’ll get out of here pretty fast. I’d suggest coming here over the Ave D location for cleanliness and service if you’re coming down Bickford Ave.

Just got the best service and sandwich made here. Dakota is a true craftsman. These people clearly have fun at work and it shows in their demeanor and sandwich quality.
