Elegant Limo Service

Don’t be fooled by whatever it is you’re told by Naz (the apparent owner). He’s a liar who sent me an old car busted up town car after he promised a new white 300M for my wedding. The driver was also incredibly rude and unprofessional about waiting for a group of friends running 10min late and EVERYTHING else afterwards.
Naz (owner) also charged me gratuity after never mentioning it was to be charged to my card after and the contract never explicitly mentioning it. I therefore ended up tipping the rude driver far more than he was worth as I gave him $ 50 night of simply because I felt bad not tipping at all.
Every time you call Naz he’ll say he’s really busy and he’ll get back to you, but he rarely does. Furthermore, he should realize he’s in the service/​sales business and should never appear too busy for his clients.
Overall, rent a real limo from a reputable company for a little more upfront. You’ll be much happier with the results. Trust me!

Horrible does not even begin to describe the experience we had with this company. I first contacted Naz a few weeks before my wedding and booked 3 hours between 1−4pm.
The driver showed up on time, but my wife and her bridesmaids were not quite ready. We purposely booked extra time in case this situation happened. When the ladies were ready, the driver was nowhere to be found. After searching, they found him in a bar/​café next to our building. He may have been ordering a sandwich, but we are not paying him to have lunch.
It took approximately 30 minutes from the time the ladies were ready to go before the driver hit the road. The temperature was 90+ degrees, so the limo was roasting inside and was very uncomfortable for the ladies when they got in since the car had been sitting.
On the way toward the venue, the driver’s phone died and so he didn’t have navigation. He pulled over 3 times and eventually had to use the Maid of Honor’s phone to get himself to the destination. He dropped the ladies off and came to pick up the groomsmen and myself. The driver took several minutes before he left the drop off point (presumably because he had no navigation and was trying to figure out where he was going). The limo’s air conditioner did not work. It just blew hot air.
This whole cluster ended up causing us to go an hour over our allotted time. Had the driver not gotten lost multiple times or taken 30 extra minutes to leave from the original pick up spot, we wouldn’t have gone over our time. This whole ordeal caused us to miss our photos before the wedding because there wasn’t enough time.
We were charged an additional $ 180 for the extra hour. Myself and my wife received nasty text messages from Naz approximately 15 minutes before our wedding threatening the extra charge if we didn’t call him with 15 minutes. I responded and let him know it wasn’t a good time, but we would talk the next day.
I’ve called Naz several times to talk about this situation and he has done nothing but make excuses. At one point, he actually screened my calls which were being forwarded to VM. I used a different phone and he picked up immediately. After that convo, Naz told me he’d talk to his driver and call me back on Thursday. Today is Saturday and I’ve heard nothing. I just called Naz again. When he picked up, he said his name was, «John» and that Naz «was not available.» It was very obvious that it was Naz and that he was messing with me. Naz is the ONLY person who has ever picked up that number. Naz then hung up the phone when I challenged him that it wasn’t «John.»
AVOID AT ALL COSTS. AT ONE POINT I EVEN OFFERED TO SPLIT THE DIFFERENCE WITH NAZ. THIS GUY WAS MORE CONCERNED WITH SCREWING SOMEONE OVER TO MAKE AN EXTRA BUCK AND THEN HAS DONE EVERYTHING HE CAN TO HIDE.
ON ANOTHER NOTE, I USED RAIN CITY TOWNCAR/​LIMO THAT EVENING AND IT WAS FANTASTIC SERVICE. IF YOU’RE LOOKING FOR A GOOD SERVICE/​DRIVER, START THERE.

This company gave us a quote but refused to put it in writing. After requesting for the quote in writing several times over 4 days, the staff told us they were actually booked and couldn’t accommodate us anymore. Bottom line GET IT IN WRITING.

Booked the limo service for a friends graduation party. The service was excellent and the driver was good. They were on time and very professional.

Used them for a trip from Seattle to Anacortes and back. Drivers arrived early, were very pleasant and Naz, the manager, was always available if I had any questions. I would definitely recommend them.

After days of searching for a limo companies I decided to go with Elegant Limo. Our experience could not have been better. The customer service was excellent, prices were great and most of all they were very friendly, professional & punctual. If I would have read the reviews prior to booking, I may have overlooked this company. For anyone else that may be making a decision based on the handful of reviews, I would strongly suggest giving Elegant Limo the opportunity to earn your business. I will not need to look any further for my limo or towncar needs. Thank you for a fantastic evening!

This weekend i flew into SEA with a few of my girlfriends for girls weekend away. We hired Elegant Limos to pick us from airport around downtown and to a few tourist attractions.
I called and spoke to Naz at the time of my booking, he was very polite and gave me the very affordable price for the day. I liked that I received my confirmation within mins to my email.
When we landed on the tarmac — I called Naz to let him know that our flight has just landed. As we picked our bags from baggage claim we were picked up promptly.
The limo was extremely clean and looked very nice. I was so impressed! We were even given a bottle of champagne to enjoy while we toured around.
I appreciated that the service was so prompt. Our driver was very professional and friendly.
I travel to Seattle quite often and will for sure be using Elegant Limo Service again!

Elegant Limousine is under new management so any comments before April would not apply to their new owners.
Elegant Limousine is very professional which is something I look for. All of their drivers dress up really nice and their service is amazing. They’re limousines are always well kept. One thing that made me VERY HAPPY was that they were always on time.
I believe there was a lady named Kay (I think she is the new owner) but when she booked my reservation she was very professional and was very helpful.
I am definitely going to recommend Elegant limo to my friends, family, and business clients!

HORRIBLE SERVICE. Avoid Zain and this company entirely. Their price that they quote is NOT what you will be charged. They’ll tell you a price but then they’ll add on an automatic gratuity on top of that without even telling you. Ridiculous. And then Zain accuses me of not reading my emails properly. This company should be blacklisted and reported to the BBB.

This guys are a joke. Made reservations and got confirmed email from them. They never showed up to pick me up to go to the airport. Called after 15 mins of no driver showing up and got placed into Voicemail. Left a message asking when the car would be ready and to call me back. No returned phone call. Ended up using über which saved me from missing my flight! Do my do business with irresponsible people!

Booked a reservation online in August for my October wedding. They charged my credit card $ 600 that day. A week before the wedding I emailed with my details and reservation number just confirming that everything was good to go. I got no response to my email. A couple days later we call them up and they say they have no record of a reservation for us (they never actually asked for the reservation number though we told them we had one?) and they didn’t have anything available for the day we needed it. Seriously? So, I had no limo for my wedding and my guests all had to drive themselves. The person we spoke to on the phone multiple times just kept saying he had to talk to his boss but then no one ever called back. Finally he said the boss was out of the state, oh no, he means country. What? Is this even a legitimate business? So of course no limo shows up on the big day and we request a refund for the $ 600 that we had already paid. Multiple phone calls later they still would not process a refund so we contacted our credit card issuer and it was refunded through them.
Avoid a hassle, call a different company.

Renter beware! This company allows you to reserve a limousine via their web site then, even though they’ve emailed you a confirmation number, claim you never made a reservation & won’t even make an effort to help you out. They just drop you like a hot potato. The customer service employee had a nasty attitude, & wouldn’t forward me along to a manager… said he was out of town. I left my name & phone number to have someone call me back but never received a callback.

After an erroneous charge on my credit card, it took me two weeks of following up and calls (that were not returned) to have some hope of getting reimbursed (still waiting), which has made for a TERRIBLE customer service experience (and I never write bad reviews because I always give people the benefit of the doubt)– the actual limo ride and event experience was pretty great. To make things terribly worse, the guy blamed my ethnicity (I’m not white and wasn’t born here, but have lived here for 15 years) on my lack of knowledge of how and when the gratuity would be calculated and paid. He said «most Americans know how that works but we always run into issues with foreigners». So I asked him what my ethnicity had anything to do with a billing error on their part, and how instead of apologizing and owning it, he actually had the nerve (wrongfully so) to blame it on my lack of limo-​renting experience and skin color??? That is wrong on so many levels, it’s outrageously rude and inappropriate! They don’t deserve a rating at all save for the well-​deserved credit to the helpful and polite driver for a fun first limo ride. I would NOT go back, and the rates are not any cheaper than other places in the area so you might have better luck with the whole experience elsewhere.

We had our top client come in from Taiwan to meet us for the first time, and we chose to use Elegant Limousines to shuttle us on a tour of our most recent projects. The gentleman dropped us off at our first destination, and went to go turn the limo around. A half an hour later we come out to find the limo MISSING!!! After waiting another 15 minutes (no phone call from the driver), we start walking around trying to find where he’s at, only to find that he got the limo completely STUCK at the end of the road, almost falling off the cliff at one end and high centered over someone’s driveway at the other. He is completely mad and yelling at me, so I call the manager Zain asking for another limo to just proceed with the night, and Zain pretty much tells me to GET LOST and call some other company to come pick us up! I COULDN’T BELIEVE IT!!!
So there we are standing in the middle of the road with no ride for over an hour and a half — we were totally stranded, and they were unwilling to do anything to help us out. So, I call 10 – 15 other companies to get a last second reservation, and finally Washington Limousines sends out a driver to save us. After I get someone on the way, I call the manager Zain back to see what his solution is about the charge (after all this inconvenience his driver caused), and he tells me that he’s going to charge us FULL PRICE, and that if I don’t like that, he’ll SEE ME IN COURT!!! I will NEVER use Elegant Limousines again — and I would suggest people think twice before making reservations with them.
