A comfy and clean room and a nice couch too ! A few mins walk to space needle though we drove around the area. My friends and I had a great 2 days and 1 night stay last week though it was a gloomy weather back then. And we got freebies! 2 free bottled water and a free wifi

Stayed here with my husband a couple years ago and more recently with a group of girls for the night. I needed to pump but there was no mini fridge in the room to store the milk. The front desk was very accommodating with storing my milk for me in their refrigerator.
The rooms were very clean and updated.
I ordered a parfait in the morning to-​go and it took forever. Because we waited so long, they didn’t charge me for it which was very nice but it was funny that the hostess was very clear that I should leave her a tip lol!
The price for a room here is very reasonable compared to others in downtown Seattle. Will be staying here in the future!

Do not stay here if you want to enjoy quiet night and uniteruppted sleep. They have paper thin walls here. We can hear neighbors slamming doors, people talking in hall ways, upstairs people stomping/​walking around since 6 o’clock in the morning. DO NOT waste your money here. For the same price there are many more better options out there.

I stayed here for two nights during a recent trip to Seattle. The location isn’t bad– walking distance to the Needle and several restaurants. You’re also very close to the concert hall and a 24h supermarket. The hotel itself is fine– relatively clean with friendly staff. On the downside– at $ 200 (I used points) it seemed a bit over priced to me for what it is.

Ok hotel. Stayed here on vacation using points. Very small room with 2 doubles.
Staff was in line with the overall hotel experience. It’s not a Westin.
Breakfast service was very slow. I had to ask for the waiter. If you are here on business and in a rush I wouldn’t recommend breakfast here. Either the hotel speeds up breakfast service or simply offer a buffet!
Nothing too bad or nothing too good. Hence my average rating.

I am so happy we found this place to stay while in Seattle! I’m not sure what people are talking about saying it seemed to be in a sketchy area. It was actually right down the street from Seattle Center; EMP a park, the space needle of course and more!!! We walked there everyday. A very short drive to downtown, the water front and Pike Place Market. There’s a 24 hour grocery store right around the corner which came in handy since we needed to constantly get milk for our two year old.
We felt safe walking around the neighborhood at any hour.
Parking was reasonable. Only $ 15 a day and in an underground parking garage that you need a room key to get into.
Our room was clean and nice.
My only complaints would be that the elevator runs VERY Slow, so much in fact that when we would come up from the garage to our room, we would almost always stop on the first floor with no one getting on. Most likely because someone got tired of waiting and took the stairs lol. And the water pressure in the shower was very high, so high it was almost painful. In the shower, there are dispensers for body wash, shampoo and conditioner which was great since we would have needed to buy these items otherwise.
But all in all I am very happy with our choice to stay here. When we go back to Seattle, this is most likely where we will stay again!!!

Yeah, not so much.
For the price (and it was ALOT!!!) I expected more. Stained carpets in the rooms and halls. They had a swamp cooler in the room, called an air conditioner, and when I asked they said it was an air conditioner and the thermostat was on the opposite wall. It was not. That thing was so loud! I had to run it all evening as we had a wall that faced the setting sun and the room was hot without it which made sleeping difficult.
People were not super helpful either. The one larger guy at the front desk was downright snarky when I asked about the ‘air conditioner’
Went for breakfast, which was not included in our room price (apparently others’ were, but I somehow missed checking the box when I made my reservation???) and asked for bagels and cream cheese. Oops! out of bagels at 715am.
As for being downtown, I guess it was, but dude. One step to the left and you are out of downtown. Walking distance to the tram thing and the space needle, if you’re young and in shape… my father would have never made that trek. Outside was sketchy.
I’m not one to complain, but for the price this thing was NOT ok. This was the most expensive hotel on our trip, and the worst of the lot. Had I paid $ 100 for the room, I’d not be so upset but Wowie I feel cheated.

I stayed two nights in a king bed room. It was very comfortable with quality linens, excellent mattress and plenty of space. A spacious and clean shower but shower head sprayed the plaster, painted ceiling.
I rank the sound protection as moderate as you could both hear hallway and ceiling traffic.
I loved the Wednesday happy hour appetizer buffett – amazing array of yummy choices.
Great location and friendly staff.

When I first saw the exterior of the hotel, I thought, «holy s***, this place seems so shady!!» The hotel is located on a smaller side street rather than a larger, main street, which I totally was not expecting. On our way there, our über driver navigated several smaller streets, away from the busyness of city (shortcuts, I guess?!), which also caught me off guard. To top it all off, there was construction and road closures surrounding the hotel.
But as soon as we arrived inside, the staff was super welcoming and friendly. They seemed genuinely excited that we were staying at their hotel and made us feel right at home. To our surprise, they also offered complementary in-​room wifi, which we were not used to.
We stayed for three nights, and every single night, the room was cleaned thoroughly. The first night, I wrote a note and left it on the table asking for extra towels before I left for my adventures for the day. When I came back that night, I didn’t see any extra towels, but I did find a few extra bottles of water. Yay, I guess?
The hotel isn’t exactly in the downtown area, as I imagined, but to my surprise, it was still walking distance from most of the tourist attractions. We were able to walk to the space needle, Pike Place, the waterfront, downtown, Capitol Hill, and even to Kerry park.
TL;DR: Don’t be fooled by the exterior. Definitely would stay here again.

The downtown Seattle area can be very expensive when it comes to lodging. I did heavy homework prior to choosing a hotel and for the «best bang for your buck» my choice dwindled down to here.
Customer Service: Upon arrival customer service was really cool, the front desk employee had our keys ready so the check-​in process was speedy. When I entered my room the first thing I did was rush towards to window to see if they have honored my request of a space needle view. and they did :) that only made the fact of them having my keys prior to my arrival that much better because it showed me that they were organized and not sloppy like other places that hand out rooms on a first come first serve basis. Throughout my stay they stayed friendly, even though I didn’t interact much with them the times that I did were favorable. 4.5÷5
Rooms: The rooms are solid. Clean, spacious enough, complimentary water bottle, comfortable beds, slept very well each night. I did not encounter any problem, aside from the water pressure being very high. who complains about that though? Cleaning was good and the a/​c in the room I loved because the temperature options were just right to where you didn’t have to worry about waking up in the middle of the night to adjust it. Also the TV’s, very nice LG’s in the rooms. good channel selection as well. Oh about the shower, they have the dispensers not the tiny bottles of shampoo and condition and body wash. which is cool because you’re not forced to worry about using too much. Overall, the room has the essentials down and what’d you’d come to expect from a Sheraton. ⁴⁄₅
Amenities: There happens to be a restaurant/​bar area downstairs which I did not make use of. There is no pool, which I don’t care for, but some of you may. Amenities overall seem basic, although they do have laundry rooms! ³⁄₅
Location: This hotel is a bit on the outskirts of downtown but for the price it’s not a painful sacrifice, especially because of how easy it is to navigate around from here. First off there is a 24 hour QFC which is basically a grocery store. literally a minutes walk away. Then the space needle is about a 5 minute walk from where you can take the monorail to the westlake mall downtown from where you can take the link light rail to anywhere SODO (south of downtown). Cab rides aren’t expensive at all either.7 $ to downtown and about 12 $ to safeco. This hotel is really not in a bad location. so many benefits. a shuttle service would be spectacular though. ⁴⁄₅
I really recommend this hotel if you’re looking to save some cash versus those hotels more centrally located. My stay was nice, don’t expect anything luxurious because it’s not that, but it’s got everything you really need if you’re used to a middle class lifestyle.

Pros: Decent clean room, close to Downtown Seattle
Cons: Leaky shower head, some staff at the café are rude, very limited menu at the hotel’s café, free breakfast voucher covers only one item on the menu, breakfast is OK not great, Wifi sucks

This seems to be a just upgraded hotel. There is parking below which is very nice to have (dry and near!). The location is very nice too, not too far from down town. There is a nice bar on walking distance that has great pancakes (and beer). The food at the hotel is ok, the breakfast service is so-​so, not bad but not that great.

We stayed here on New Year’s Eve and had a great stay. It was a great location to Seattle Center (where the Space Needle/​fireworks were), just a few blocks away.
The two gentlemen working at the front desk were extra friendly and helpful, especially considering they were stuck working on a holiday and the hotel was very crowded. I had booked 3 rooms and they made sure 2 of them were connected so we could go between the rooms. They made sure my Starwood points were on file, and since I was spending money on three rooms they comped my parking (usually $ 15).
The rooms were spacious and there was complementary bottled water waiting for us. We even ended up with a great view of the Space Needle from the second floor, which was unexpected. The bar in the lobby had free beer until 6 pm. Awwww yeah!
My only complaint was that the elevators took wayyyyy too long — literally 5 minutes from the parking garage to the lobby. However, I won’t take off a star for that as I suspect it was worse than normal because it was a holiday.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back!

Upon entering the hotel, I wasn’t particularly impressed, the exterior looked old and there were rowdy boys at the bar. I thought this would be the start of a nightmare stay, but I was pleasantly surprised, the staff was absolutely lovely and helpful, the amenities were spot on, free internet check, free parking check, free waters check, new TV screen check. Also little details like cotton balls or q-​tips are always appreciated in a time when hotels are trying everything to cut costs. The room was great, truly had everything we needed + very comfortable bed + lots of space. On top of that, we were at walking distance to tourist spots, and a QFC for supplies. This place doesn’t scream luxury, but it really does the trick, no complaints.
Overall: Excellent value.

Reasonably priced hotel in a location convenient to the Space Needle! The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, the bed was comfortable and the room was spacious. This might become my go to hotel when visiting Seattle for work!

Great hotel especially if you have a family of 5. Affordable but not cheap. Nice lounge and Restuarant. No pool.
Outside seating courtyard is nice. Wifi was ok, not slow not fast. Close enough to the space needle to walk.
Downtown, boardwalk, stadiums are a $ 10 cab ride plus tip.
Carport was a bit tight for pickup and drop off.

The rooms:
Pros: nice size tv, marble counter bathrooms, and decent size.
Cons: no refrigerator and when I opened my curtains to see the view all I saw was a wooden board. Apparently we were located right in front of all these pipes that they covered with wood. So upsetting.
The hotel:
If you are visiting from out of town this hotel is pretty far from all the fun. We had to constantly take the monorail to get where we wanted to go. Most attractions are about a 45 minute walk away, and when on vacation you don’t wanna walk that far each way.
There is no included breakfast… I get that when I stay in $ 50 hotels so that was disappointing.
No pool or hot tub either :(
The staff:
I feel like they were always understaffed, but the staff available were friendly and nice. We were gone all day and know one had come to clean our room and ordering food took a very long time. Again, probably understaffed.
Overall: I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Seattle. Too far and no amenities.

Maybe it’s me getting older, but I am really starting to appreciate hotels that may not be super nice amenity-​wise, but have a lot of character and/​or local flavor. The Four Points Sheraton in Downtown Seattle Center was simply devoid of any character and I think this is its biggest problem.
One might think a hotel so close to a city’s downtown area might reflect the energy of that city. Nope. Not here. This hotel is clearly for the budget-​conscious traveler with children. Tons of kids. Generic, small rooms. The slowest elevator in the game. But hey, at least there’s free coffee in the morning.
If I would have spent more than just sleeping time here, I probably would have cared that it was a bit lackluster. So that’s my advise. If you’re going to explore Seattle and want to be close to the Space Needle and you won’t be stuck in the hotel room much and you don’t have any money to splurge on a boutique hotel… stay here.

Things tend to be on the small end at this hotel. I had a room with a king bed, and there was space for little else apart from the bed; a couch and coffee table were squeezed in beside the window, and a TV, mini fridge, and desk were between the bed and the wall. Even the bathroom was fairly cramped.
The only meal I had here was breakfast. The offerings were decent, but service was very slow – this was infuriating because I had an interview to get to! Only after a lot of poking and prodding did service hurry up. Not ideal.
Since my room was booked for me by the company I was interviewing at, I cannot speak to the price point. However, other reviews suggest that it is in the $ 100 range, and for this price I would call a room here a pretty good deal. You’re fairly close to downtown, and paying less than half of what a room there (with «there» being a mile or so away) would set you back by.
Queen Anne is a quiet area, but there are a couple of places to eat within walking distance of the hotel. There’s actually a QFC right around the corner. If you have a car, your options are wider. Although I’d argue that a car isn’t necessary in Seattle, the parking garage in the hotel is pretty secure if you do choose to come with one.
