Seattle Pacific Hotel

I give this hotel five stars because 1. The price was perfect. I paid total including parking, 164 a night. They allowed me to use my AAA discount. It took 10 bucks off. Parking was easy. 2. The location was perfect. It was one block from the needle. About 7 blocks to oceanfront Seattle. We had driven to pike place market, realized it was $ 8 an hour and 35 for all day. So we ended up driving back to hotel and walking 1 mile or less to the pike market. 3. Lastly, I loved how It serviced its purpose of providing me with comfortable bed, coffee, a clean shower. A TV, a lite breakfast which included muffins, bagels with cream cheese. I couldn’t be happier with this hotel. yes, there was a construction going on next to my window, yes they made noise but I will not hold this hotel accountable with something out of their hands. Construction happen and if u do mind, then I suggest going else where for 450 a night plus 22 parking. trust I know :(, I’m forced to stay at silver cloud tomorrow and will be spending 590 for 2 nights, not including breakfast or parking. wish I was at Pacific hotel…

If i could give negative stars i would do it, this is the worst place you can go to.
Booked it last minute so almost spent 300 a day (no other options) and omg i would rather sleep under a bridge then stay here. There’s construction 3 feet from your hotel room, starts at 7 am.
Everything is busted in the room
I bet they just hustle up the sheets for the next guest.
Breakfast is old stale mini bagels and mini muffins.

cabs couldn’t find it… gps couldn’t lock in anywhere… with two smart phones… i ended up crossing the freeway on foot… jumping the center divide. the pool was half empty and filled with green algae… the jacuzzi was tiny and empty… no water at all… they charged upscale prices and deliver nothing at all… i hated it and wish them all death by fire after winning the battle with cancer after a two year battle… sound good? imagine how i felt. sucked here at this pit. 100 dollar deposit also… really?

I would NOT recommend this place to anyone. This is not a place you would want to take your children so I think families should avoid this motel. The conditions are hazardous and dangerous. There is construction all the way around the motel. It is right off the the freeway and the noise is overwhelming. Rooms are run down, not clean and reek of smoke and other odors. The staff was not kind or friendly and the owner does not care about whether you are happy or not. The location was not as close as I thought it would be to the Space Needle so it would be better to stay in a hotel further away and pay less. The cherry on top is the Green Pool with flys and bugs circling– should be condemned. I don’t usually like to post negatives but I hope this will help others make an informed decision based on facts. Very rundown property and poor parking. There are signs everywhere stating they are not responsible for Stolen or Broken Vehicles. There are other options in the same price point near by-​worth researching. I am really disappointed with
, I’ve used them before and been pleasantly surprised. I will think twice and do my own research before using their site again.

OMFG!!! WORST hotel ever!!! Stinky, dirty and the light switch do not work! I’m scare to walk on the carpet barefoot and the bed SMELLS!!! Wrong weekend to come to Seattle. …other hotels are booked!!!

For the price this hotel SUCKS! Had to wait 10 minutes for hot water, had to turn TV on by light switch! Our room was next to freeway heard every car and truck pass by… also they charged us $ 10 a day to park! We drove all the way from California and to stay in this hotel for 2 nights was horrible, I will never stay here again.

Worst hotel ever! I was told by my travel agent that this is a four star hotel but it most certainly is not. The lobby is cheap, old and ragged. There is no lounge or restaurant to relax in after having traveled. The advertised «breakfast» was stale bagles or some sugar laden muffin. The hotel is located in the middle of a construction zone so the entrance is through an alley. Really gross. The view from the filthy window was of a pool that had not been cleaned in a very long time with brownish, black water. The toilet, tub and bathroom sink were stopped up in both my room and my traveling companion’s room. The room doors looked as if they had been broken in to and the hallway rugs were very old and ragged. Some moron employee decided to vacuum the hallway at approx. 1:00 a.m. as if the traffic noise wasn’t enough. The final straw was the forgotten wake up call that we requested that caused us to be very late for our taxi. And the old guy behind the desk in the morning was a jerk about having forgotten our wake up call. Terrible place! Don’t go!

Oh God how do I begin, I booked this room for its reasonable price for its location but, it also wasn’t dirt cheap 145.00 a night so I was expecting something decent with clean sheets what I got was completely beyond horrible. My first room I was given was on the ground floor over looking there pool which resembled a sewage treatment facility. I open the door to my room and I got punched in the face by the smell off black mold and Hookers, and looked like a scene out of cops. I switched room to a interior ground floor one and this one doesn’t smell but it looked like a Katrina Victim house with peeling paint and water stained sheets and pillows, on to my third and final room this finally looks decent for the price a bit outdated but up to par for the price, I deff don’t recommend this hotel when I asked to leave and get a refund the manager wasn’t available until Monday morning and wouldn’t talk to me on the phone very disappointed with the service and I will be contacting the BBB long story short I do not recommend this hotel even for the price I have stayed in a lot better places.

This place is amazing. Honestly, I would give it 6 stars if I could. Beautiful view of the building next door, an tons of open space in the room for dance parties. Blunt friendly, and excellent customer service. I would live here if I could, beautiful poolside atmosphere perfect for sippin 40s and puffin fat blunts, and not far from the Ferris wheel if you feel like cruising around. Good sunrise, and massaging shower heads

Fairly decent for the price we paid. Walls are thin but you’re also in walking distance to a lot of great places. Just sucks it seems like the street they’re on has been under construction forever so getting here was not easy

I cannot even rate this place lower, should be negative stars. First off the rooms are beyond filthy, bathrooms a disaster (Moldy, Shower Tiles painted and Peeling, Towel Racks Rusty and Floor Tiles Piss Stained), Beds and Carpet smell of dead moldy hookers. Beds are stained and I only know because the sheets came off the corners.
Not only the rooms a mess, but the pool and hot tub look like a swamp from the Bayou. Thats being nice. The construction happening around the place doesn’t help when you are woken up at 6am with Diesel fumes filling up your room and jack hammers pounding and cement trucks making noise.
I didnt even check out the breakfast, Im in Seattle for work and know theres endless amazing places to eat and get coffee.
This place needs to be tore down and something else put in its place.

This place really needs some loving and updates. The room is big bit with problems including a crushed dr. Pepper can that’s not ours but on the floor, a dripping tub even in drought, and a really sad breakfast choice of muffins or small bagel, tea with powdered cream, or orange juice. That’s it. This would be a great place with some TLC.

If it were possible to give less stars than 1… I would.
Without a doubt… The worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Everything that you could make a comment on would be terrible. I really don’t know what else to say. NOONE should ever stay here. The place not only SHOULD be condemned … It looks like it WAS condemned years ago, someone just forgot to tell the owners. STAY AT YOUR OWN RISK!

Pretty bad hotel, but close to the Seattle Center.
Cons:
* Breakfast is just coffee, roasted bagels, and some strawberry/​blueberry jam, very boring
* They claim to have free Wi-​Fi, but it did not extend beyond the lobby, so it’s useless
* TV did not work
* Phone did not work
* Only one unused power plug
* Rooms and furniture are old, things are rusting away, stains in the carpet, etc.
* Shower is dodgy
* Next to a major road, constant noise of driving cars
* At time of writing, major construction going on behind the hotel, making it hard to find and adds extra noise
Pros:
* Only 5 minutes of walking to the Seattle Center, which has the Space Needle, EMP Museum, Chihuly Glass Museum, a convenient monorail to the Seattle Westlake Center, and more.
* Relatively cheap, compared to other downtown hotels
* $ 2.50 self-​laundry service, you can ask for detergent
* Can ask the staff to print out tickets
* Overall the staff was kind and helpful

Nasty *ss hotel. Dirty rooms. I don’t feel comfortable leaving my stuff in the room. Breakfast is some fruit and muffins. Wifi doesn’t work. Right now there is construction so good luck sleeping. It is cheap but not that much cheaper than the surrounding hotels that are so much better. Can’t stress enough, I wouldn’t stay here unless you can only afford an $ 80 room.

WE BOOKED A ROOM FOR 7 DAYS BUT NO ONE CLEANED OUR ROOM FOR 4 DAYS.
WE TRIED TO COMPLAIN AT THE RECEPTION BUT THEY SAID THERE WAS NO HOUSEKEEPING SERVICE BECAUSE THERE WERE ONLY FEW GUESTS.
We left the hotel the 7^th day and 2 days later we asked a refund but the owner screaming and threatening has refused to do it. He was very unprofessional and rude.
I dont understand how anyone can expect to have a good customer base with this type of attitude.
In addition the room and furniture is old, heater is noisy, the street is noisy, there is a yard close to the hotel and breakfast is ridiculous.
It was a terrible experience.

I feel like every other review on here is biased/fake…that’s just my opinion.
I chose to stay here because of it’s awesome location in Downtown and it’s low budget rates. I knew I wasn’t getting into anything upscale/​four star, so my expectations were low.
There is plenty of parking ($ 10/​night), so that was good for me as I was travelling through Seattle for the first time. The hotel itself was probably erected in the 70s or 80s… and it still looks like that today, which is fine as long as the property is maintained.
The receptionist was very friendly and helpful in getting me a room before check-​in time. The elevator is pretty old school so you have to hold down on the buttons to make the door close, etc.
The rooms… well, they’re typical small hotel rooms from the 80s. I’m pretty sure every piece of furniture/​bedding is original, which is a little gross, but was fine. The wi-​fi is free but spotty.
The only gross part of my initial stay in the room was that the toilet seat was wet/​dirty, probably from the maids cleaning it, but still… that’s wrong. I had to disinfect it myself.
Other than that, the hotel was fine and even had some snacks downstairs (toast/bagels/coffee/OJ…not really a continental breakfast if you ask me) every morning for you to grab on the way out.
I doubt I’d come back to stay here again, but it was definitely worth the bang for the buck/​location.

By far the worst hotel I’ve stayed in.
First they double charge my card and won’t refund the full amount. The owner raj is very rude and crooked.
Be CAREFULL!!! do not waste the little money it costs to stay here. It’s NOT worth it!!!

If you adjust your expectations to zero and keep a sense of humor, this place is tolerable for about 48 hours. I’m no snob, but this place was straight up slummy. The location is good (a block away from the Space Needle), and the nice young twenty-​something kid at the front desk was super professional and polite. Stinky hallways, outdated furniture/​carpet/​bedding (think grimy and beat up, not charming and vintage), and lots of trashy touches (painted cinder-​block walls in the rooms, poorly applied caulk in the bathroom, a water-​less pool with trash in it) made this the yuckiest place I’ve ever stayed. If you decide to brave this place, I’d recommend spending as few waking moments there as possible, and don’t bring your kids (unless you wrap them in hazmat suits)!

Just stayed here a couple weeks ago.
Pros:

Continental breakfast was good.
They’re the cheapest in Seattle.
Great location. Except for the construction…
Cons:
White stains on two different chairs in the room. It looked like some type of cleaner maybe? Bad enough that I made a point not to sit in the chairs.
Crooked toilet.
Very outdated.
Horrible recommendation for Padrino’s Pizza (also 1 star). We both got sick from the rancid onions!
Soap made in China.
Large square shaped cracks on the ceiling above the shower that makes it look like the ceiling might cave in.
The pool was half full and dirty on the first weekend of summer.
And the old guy behind the desk laughed at my boyfriend for slipping on some water on the floor. I slipped at one point too and no one said anything.
Put a rug down, idiots!
I hope someone buys this place and fixes it up!
