I grew up in Ballard and have lived in Seattle my hole life. I love what I do and look forward to each call every day.

Recently used Billly’s Towing to buy and tow an old car. Before reaching to him, I tried to get in touch with one of the 800 junk car services and had problems even finding a rep to help me. When I called Billy, he answers in less than 4 rings and committed to less than 24 hour service (ultimately he swung bay same day!)
The man is an honest businessman, pays a fair buy price for this type of service and had all documents ready to show he is legit.
After the service, Billy also texted to remind me to report the car sold and said that if I wanted, he would mail my old custom plates if I wanted.
I HIGHLY recommend this guy and his business if you need junk car removal.

Billy is an awesome very busy dude. If he doesn’t get back to you right away he will as soon as he can. I was being a difficult customer and billy still Billy came and met me and gave me a fair price for my POS after the tranny left me stranded in Ballard and some other wrecking yard tried to rip me off.
I saw fist hand the amount of calls and patience this guy has.

This guy is so RUDE. Called today about selling my car and he did not even pick up his phone to answer. I tried 3 times, and the third time he finally picked up and didn’t even have time for me to say ANYTHING. He told me RUDELY that he gets a hundred calls a day and will not put up with anyone that calls him more than once. He then told me to go and find someone else who will take my car because he won’t put up with multiple calls. He quickly hung up before I could even put in a word. This guy clearly does not mean business. All car companies are busy, but if you can’t handle it and can’t even answer a call, then you should probably find another job. Thanks for nothing. He then called me back multiple times and told me to f off and that I’m an asshole. This is why small businesses fail these days. Unfortuently this one does because of the owners IMMATURITY.

For me to take the time to write a review I’d have to be either VERY impressed or unimpressed. Unfortunately I was VERY unimpressed. I called and while he was very nice on the phone he was not in action. after making a agreement on price and pick up he asked new to text him with the address. After I did he then text back that tomorrow would be better for him so I tried the next day with no response, I tried two days later several times with no response. So yes I was blown off like a bad date but I never got any dinner. It was rude and frustrating and a complete waist of time. You can’t count on this guy!

Had 2 dead cars we needed to get rid of in a hurry before we moved. Billy was able to come out that afternoon within a few hours. He polite, friendly and got the job done. I would use his services again anytime!
