I grew up in Corvallis, Oregon. Most of the time I say «south of Portland» or «you know Oregon State Beavers?» When I finished school, I decided to move to Los Angeles. After realizing that was not the city for me, I moved a couple more times on the west coast. When I finally moved to Seattle, I had no idea that I would not only fall in love with the city, but the people too. I’d like to think I’ve jumped around on the West Coast enough to proudly call Seattle home. What makes Seattle special is the unique culture that exists within each neighborhood– just a short ride and everything can change.
Almost my entire professional career has been with Nordstrom. I’ve spent a significant amount of time learning how Nordstrom upholds their value of customer service — I continue to stand by this standard and incorporate it within my relationships with clients.
