A1 RIGHT TOWING

Unexpected car failure on I5, mind you it’s after hours and I am already expecting the search will not be an easy task. Making my way down the list of available services with no luck. Luckily Masood picked up, told him my situation. My car is lowered, and needs a flatbed for sure which he had. Considering my situation I would of not been surprised if he would of turned me away. He earned my recommendation and me as a customer if the situation ever arises again. This isn’t your typical hook and pull. He had to take extra steps to get it on and off the flatbed. He is a Great guy which also reflects in his services. Highly recommended, under 150 dollars and made him go all the way to Tacoma.

i m so thankful to these guys. I called 3 – 4 towing companies and they all said at least an hour to 3 hours out. A1RT got to me in less than 20 minutes. I can’t say enough about their great service. Definitely recommend them to anyone who needs towing services! 5 stars+++++

My (and I’m sure many) biggest nightmare realized happened last Sunday. Driving along the highway of which I rarely do and got caught in front of a tailgater rushing me in the slow lane (oh, that’s Seattle drivers for you) Next thing I know my car starts sputtering and slowing down. Pull over on the shoulder and my car just gave in. Stuck 2 exits from home.
Panicking, a good friend drops everything and comes to my rescue (owe her big time!) And while we try and figure out how to get a tow on a Sunday evening after a couple of failed attempts, finally someone picks up and it’s Masood!
I informed him of what occurred and that I need a tow home as since I wasn’t keen on leaving my car on the on the highway overnight. He, without hesitation, agreed and showed within 45 mins as he said and gladly helped despite safety issues and at a reasonable rate.
He got my «hooptie» home in one piece. One less thing to worry about.

This is the best tow company EVER! I called my previous tow service (MCA) to tow my car that lost complete break function first error the lady requested the wrong tow truck I used the wrong words by sayin I totalled my car but the reality is my breaks gave out and to me that is a totaled car and when the tow company couldn’t tow and called to check in MCA cancelled the transaction and refused to okay my sevice without a police report and I kept saying why do I need a report there was no accident even the tow company was trying to tell them the car was functional but had no breaks. They started to drive away and to turn back and helped me. I appreciate their service and how they did all they could to after the provider refused to listen to them. Most people would not have helped in the matter that they did. I really appreciate them. I wish I could give them higher than 5 stars!!! Thank you. Thank you. Thank you again!!!
