The minute I called this place I knew I was in good hands. Al was very informative and patient while I was frantic on the phone… He arrived promptly 10 mins later to save the day. Thank you, thank you!!! Hoping my car doesn’t crap out again… But if it does, I’m coming straight to these guys!

After calling a few tow companies after business hours (and all of them sharing with me their personal issues of staffing, back issues, one having a disconnected number, etc), Tukwila Towing was the only company with a much welcome can-​do attitude. They immediately got someone out to the car and didn’t waste any time on the phone – just took care of me.

Call these guys, ESPECIALLY if you have a Mercedes. Al the owner and one of the operators was a Mercedes master technician for almost 20 years! When my C Coupe broke down I called these guys and not only did they tow it for the lowest price ($ 150 tax incl. from Bellevue to North Seattle), but Al also diagnosed problems I was having with my KeylessGo that even the Mercedes dealer couldn’t figure out!

Just another day driving home from work on the freeway when suddenly the check engine light turns on. Nothing good comes from this event, I’m thinking, «okay I guess it’s time to call a mechanic.» But not even a minute later, the the engine dies and I slowly merge over.
I just moved up here a few months ago so I call the closet towing company nearby, Tukwila Towing to hook up and drive me 20 miles to my home. As im waiting I decided to check Unilocal to see some reviews on the company and maybe compare prices. their was none, okay well not a problem. already know I need to work more overtime to cover these new auto costs.
I talk to Al, courteous and friendly he informs me it’ll be a 25min time frame, he gets there in a half hour. He gave me a quick explanation to my problem (timing belt issue). He hooks the car up and we go. We get to my apartment and it’s no picnic backing into the small drive way but he does so with ease. He also pushed the car into my garage. And the price was a lot better than I expected, a little under $ 200. This is why I write this report, thanks Al for making this hiccup go as smooth as one could ask for!

I was impress with Big Al. Of course the unfortunately happen, an accident occured and I needed to be towed. I was near Tukwila but needed to go to West Seattle. Big Al was all for it and was more than happy to come and get me. Did i mention the time was about 11:30pm! Big Al gave me a great quote and honestly you cane beat the price. He said he would be here to get me in 15−20min, I timed him and he came right at 15min! Now thats caring for customers. Even if you dont live in the area of tukwila, i say give big all a call, he might make the distance for you
