MVP Airport Parking

I’ve parked here a few times and never had any problems.
The shuttle comes quickly (5 – 10 min) when you text the phone number with your pickup location, and your car is ready for you to hop into when you get back! Really appreciate that they get you in and out as efficiently as possible!
Parking 2 nights for a weekend trip works out cheaper than taking an über from Seattle and it’s much faster to drive and park here than to take the LINK and bus. Thumbs up, I’ll be back!

Sitting in my hotel as i am watching cars being parked one after another, I notice one of the lot attendants reverse a car into an already parked car. Being the good person I am i call the office to explain to them what i just witnessed. I am quickly rushed off the phone with the last statement being that happens all the time. Please do no use their services. Here is the car that got reversed into, sad to say they have no idea.

Loved the service. Easy and fast. Show up at mvp n they park ur car and drive u to the airport … Took me 5 to 7 min. And when we got back at 12am the shuttle pick up was quick and our car was waiting for us at the enterance … Loved it … great whn in hurry.

On Saturday July 11, 2015 my husband dropped my vehicle off at MVP SeaTac Airport Parking (
), (which we’ve used for almost 10 years of loyal service when flying out of SeaTac) due to an emergency situation he was unable to pick me up from airport. After, returning home I found a long scratch and dent on my car. I called and spoke with an employee who informed me, management doesn’t work weekends, they only work Monday-​Friday 6am-​2pm and I would have to wait to speak to Tim or John.
Monday July 13, 2015 I called and asked to speak with a manager, I begin to give him my name and reason why I was calling. I’m cut off and immediately met with confrontation and unprofessional conduct, Tim stated he’s aware of the situation, has spoken to employees and is not willing to do anything at all! Not even an apology, no I’m sorry this happened and I’ve noticed you’ve been a customer for 10 years maybe we can work something out. Tim noted he was the owner/​manager, never once how could he help us, he started and ended the conversation with an «I am not willing to help» comment. If Tim had just stated, that in their investigation he feels his company had done no wrong, the situation was unfortunate and he would be happy to look into it further to fully ensure his company was not at fault. Tim blankly stated «I am not willing to help». A simple I am sorry, or you are a valued customer and we will always strive to ensure the utmost care is given to your vehicles when you use our services in the future.
Since, Tim had no good words to say or in no way showed any desire to keep our business. We will definitely be happy to find someone else who appreciates our business!
My tip to unvalued customers is to please, photograph your vehicle when dropping it off ask if they’ve installed cameras to ensure your vehicle is safely parked. When leaving your vehicle wether it’s to go on vacation, a business trip, a family emergency (such as mine, laying to rest my grandfather, a 95 year old WWII veteran) the last thing you want to do is deal with ungrateful business/​management/​owner. A sincere apology goes a long way, but dismissing a customer of 10 years is inexcusable!

I used them for the first time, and they were amazingly quick. I went there and the person checked me in right away. I came back and asked them if i can use the Unilocal coupon for free wash which they agreed too. i checked in by calling them and I came back and my car was clean and ready to go. I was really impressed with their service. Will surely use them again.

What an awesome experience. Service to and from Seatac was fast, friendly and efficient. Thanks so much David and everyone at MVP, we will definitely be using you guys again.

The drop off experience was a good one. When we dropped off our car they got us loaded into the shuttle and off to the airport fairly quickly.
When we arrived back is where the service was awful. I followed the directions on the ticket they gave me. I waited until we were in the pick up spot and called from the courtesy phone and let them know what section I was in since it said to let them know. I must mention that I was traveling with an infant which is stressful on its own. When I called they said the shuttle would arrive in 7 minutes. We waited and the MVP shuttle was coming behind a few other shuttles and we saw it far enough we started to gather our things and get our baby ready to board the shuttle. The shuttle didn’t slow down or pull to the curb, it just kept driving by. I thought it was maybe because there were a few other shuttles possibly in the way and it was coming back around. After 10 minutes with a screaming baby, I called to see why the shuttle hadn’t stopped and if it was coming back. The guy on the phone said the shuttle driver said he didn’t see us wave and so didn’t stop. I asked how I was supposed to know to wave when the instructions didn’t say that and he said he thought he told me to wave and that the drivers don’t know where people are waiting and that he would be back around.
When the shuttle came again, I made sure to give an emphasized wave so he wouldn’t miss us as our baby was crying and we needed to get to our car to make a bottle. When he pulled over he apologized and said he didn’t see us.
When we got back to the lot, our car was waiting for us. When I went in to pay, the guy at the counter asked how our trip was and I said great until the end with the shuttle. He apologized also, but like the shuttle driver had all excuses as to why he didn’t get us instead of apologizing and saying that it shouldn’t have happened. I pointed out that waving was not on the directions on the card and he said the cards were really old. I asked why he didn’t tell me when I called and he said he thought he did. I also asked why I had to tell him what section I was in of the drivers don’t even look and he said that information is not passed on to the shuttle drivers (which if that is the case I don’t know why I must tell them what section I am waiting in).
I will not use them again for my airport parking needs as they don’t take responsibility when they make a mistake. That is not good customer service and they didn’t offer anything to make it up to me, knowing that we waited like half hour with a screaming baby to be picked up. I do not recommend them.

Upon dropping off our car I watched the young dude with a standoffish attitude drive 2 cars that were being picked up soon like he was filming a chase scene in a movie. I was a little surprised how fast and aggressive he was in front of a customer. The brakes even chirped on his hard stop. He had a sharp attitude and I asked him if I pay in advance and he snapped at me that I «turn in my ticket and pay when you get back» I told him I didn’t have a ticket and he just gave me a stupid look and again with a garbage attitude said he «gave my wife the ticket» and then turned around and faced away from me and went to the bathroom. Guess he was having a bad day :)
Upon arrival back we called as soon as we grabbed our luggage. The wait was fairly long (20−25min) as they do not run a shuttle full time and make you call first. The guy driving was awesome! He hopped right out and grabbed all of our luggage. The only other person on the shuttle was a drunk dude that was mumbling to himself and cursing with impatience at every red light. Once back at the lot our car was waiting for us unstarted. It was raining and even though they had the whole canopy they parked us at the back so the car was dry but we had to stand in rain and get the luggage wet to get it in the back of the car. The driver carried our luggage back to the car and was really nice.
Now for the worst part, The next day in sunlight we noticed our door handle was chipped up while our car was parked. Bummer.
The reviews are great if you catch them on a good day but sadly one bad experience is all I can handle so We will try another lot.

Fast efficient! Call ahead from the airport and they valet your car… warm and read to go. No hassles, fairly priced.
This, folks, is a winner.

This place is outstanding. Good facility, friendly staff, efficient operations. Each time I’ve used them, things have gone like clockwork-​no hassles or delays – which is exactly what you want when you’re flying in/​out.
With no reservation I’m able to park there, get my ticket, and get shuttled to the SeaTac in less that 20 minutes. And they’ve been just speedy about picking me up when I fly back in, and usually have my vehicle pulled up and ready to go when I step off the shuttle. Highly recommend these folks.

I like that they are a locally owned lot and not a huge nationwide business, but with that comes longer waits for the shuttle. We saw 4 of the competitor’s shuttle pass before ours showed up so call before getting to the curb. I like that they offer a car wash while your car is parked and their prices are very reasonable for the area.

Excellent service, lower price and friendly people. Car was ready and waiting when we arrived. Will definitely use again

It’s the best ever! Oh and on their site, they ususally have a coupon. Give that to them when you drop off your car.

I’ve been parking here since it was a mobile home surrounded by a big deck and they had beat up old vans. Then they built the fancy place you see today. I will always use MVP. No security problems or dings/​dents on the car and fast airport pickup no matter the time of day or night. Very easy online reservation system too.

I have been using MVP for 5 years and its always been great service. You won’t find a better deal around.
Once, I left my phone on the van — it took me longer to find a pay phone to call them than it did for the driver to come back. You can’t go wrong with MVP.

Since I posted my last review, the owner has since contacted me and made amends, fully refunding my last horrid experience and offering to let me park for free the next time I was heading out of town. While this can be an awkward offer, he seemed genuinely apologetic and i took him up on it.
I have to say this experience was drastically different — the drop off shuttle arrived in 3 minutes and my pick up shuttle call was answered promptly and I was picked up in less than 5 minutes. My car was waiting for me with the trunk popped and everything was all good.
3 stars since I still have some of the last experience left in my mouth but can see me upgrading to 4 or 5 if I continue to see this level of service in future experiences.
One weird thing is that when you drop off, they don’t ask for your name or if you have a reservation, etc. You just hand the keys over and they give you a ticket. Not a big deal but thought I’d mention it in case anyone was wondering.
All in all, a much better experience and hopefully they will keep this up!

Convenient and cheap. The only downside is you usually have to wait a bit to be picked up. That’s because MVP is a small outfit and usually only runs one shuttle.
The employees are all very friendly and professional. I like MVP and will continue to park there.

These guys were recently featured on Groupon and since I was already flying to Denver, I couldn’t pass up the 3 day parking pass.
Located on International Blvd not even 5 minuted from SEA, and our experience was great from start to finish.
Greeted with courtesy and smiles we dropped off the car, it’s a valet type service (you also have the option of having it washed while you are away, that is if you think it’s not going to rain, LOL). Within 2 minutes we were shuttled over to the departures area (took maybe 3 – 5 min). They helped out with our luggage as well.
Upon our return all we had to do is use a quick phone at the pickup area, call in our ticket number and within 5 minutes the MVP shuttle was there to take us back to our car, which was already parked up front and waiting for us.
Great service all around, will definitely use these guys again.

You really learn to appreciate a business when you go to a competitor and experience horrible service in comparison. In a rush I ended up at America’s Best Value parking and they pissed me off so bad I suddenly remembered the name of the place I had gone to before — MVP.
These guys take your keys when you arrive and park your car and you get go to their cozy waiting room with the comfy black couch. The folks at the desk are always super nice and the shuttle gets you there in no time. Just so hassle free and pleasant, and if you’re coming down from Seattle, it’s one of the closest ones to get to, and on the right hand side of the street when you’re southbound. Perfect
When you come back you get a ride pretty quick and by the time you arrive, your car is right up front waiting for you. It’s awesome. Reliable, friendly, well priced (I think I had a AAA rate), and just one less thing to worry about when there are so many moving parts on travel day to deal with already.

This spot is very close to Seatac. When I arrived, there were two shuttles waiting to go to the airport so I was able to leave immediately. When I landed I called and they were there within 10 minutes to pick me up. Once I arrived back at MVP, my car was sitting under the covered area with the trunk open ready to go. It appeared that they tried hosing off my car. It was wet and when it dried, it was even more dirty. I really liked that they tried to wash it — great customer service.
The only thing that made me nervous is that when I dropped off my car the attendant was not in uniform and what I would describe as a stoner. He only handed me a valet ticket. I didn’t sign anything saying they had my car and he said there was no need. I have insurance so… He took me to the airport and was very friendly and drove well.
When I dropped off my car I mentioned I had a AAA card to get a discount. For three days, it cost me under $ 35! I highly recommend this place and will go back!
