if there was 10 star i would had put that, i stayed with my parents and the these guys are good place to stay and and even you can park your car here.

This place is absolutely disgusting. The owners do not care about sanitary or health standards at all. Karnail Singh (owner) just want to sell rooms and it doesn’t matter if those rooms are dirty, have roaches and/​or ticks/​bed bugs (which a lot do) or have no even been cleaned that day. A lot of junkies and a few prostitutes are regulars. The parking lot isn’t even really safe. The cameras out there don’t record and no one watches the cameras throughout the day/​night. Also they advertise a «continental breakfast» and all they put out are EXPIRED muffin halves and regular coffee or hot water with Lipton packets. DO NOT STAY/​PARK HERE. The rates are the same as other nearby motels that are slightly better. Also beware of the good reviews. Karnail Singh has been using a service called REPUTATION SENTRY that writes fake good reviews and contests bad ones.

My room couldn’t connect to the internet (signal was too weak), room smelled pretty bad, and I ended up paying $ 2 more than what my reservation said. And worst of all, I reserved a King room but got a normal room (this was more my fault because i noticed too late and they have a policy where you get no refund if you stay more than 10 minutes.)

You know those nightmare hotel/​motel stays from other people’s horror stories?
Pros:
— There’s a roof
— T.V. had a lot of channels/​choices
Cons:
— Only way to get upstairs besides the locked fire exits, a wonky elevator
— Terrible smell in the room
— Sunken old mattresses, depressions right in the middle of the bed
— Rusty nail found in toilet
— No light bulb in the main light
— No hand soap in bathrooms, or anywhere
— Broken shower curtain that was growing brown mold at the bottom
— Only 1 towel set and black spots all over. Extra towels denied
— Carpet so dirty your feet turn dark if you walk barefoot
— Sad snail paced wifi and the guest computer was broken
— Additional surcharges kept being added despite us paying upfront
— Very rude service by the man at the front desk
I say save yourselves.

Oh geez! This is one of those nightmare hotels you hope you never have to stay at! We checked in out of despiration, late night, on a night that every other hotel within a 25 mile radius was sold out. We took one look at the room and I wanted out immediately. Hubby said, «we have no choice». I could feel a fight coming on, because there was NO WAY I was staying! I pulled back the bedspread, which had a burn in it, about 2″ round. That was the good part. It got much worse when we pulled the sheet back. Let’s just leave the description at «stained sheets». (Someone else here posted photos, and they are dead-​on, accurate.) Luckily, that was even below the standards of my exhausted hubby, who immediately agreed to get the heck out of there. I feared that we would be given a hassle to get a refund, but I was very stern and quiet when we walked back to the office. Absolutely nothing was said, and a refund was given immediately. Somehow, I am certain they are used to this. We slept in the car, in the car rental return line, and caught our flight out in the morning. I preferred to be Sleepless in Seattle, rather than stay here. Shame on you, management for running a dump like this!

DO NOT STAY HERE! I booked on THERE website (because there were literally no hotels left in Seattle). When I got there they said I do not have a reservation. When I showed them there confirmation number, along with the address I was told you can’t book from there site. I pulled up my laptop and walked them through it. After much wrangling and arguing they told me to wait a little bit and the shuttle driver will clean a room when he gets back. As I was waiting in the lobby another gentlemen walked in and had the same issue. He booked on priceline and they were giving him the runaround. Shuttle driver eventually came back (it is not close to midnight) and walked me to my «room.» Walked in — so disgusting — hole in wall, no clock, no phone, open bar of soap in bathroom, open fridge and door falls off, floor disgusting, etc. This place is disgusting. Do not stay here

It was bad… It smelled horrible and when I went to check the sheets there were Bugs all in the sheets. We tried to leave as soon as we saw the bugs but the lady at the front desk tried to keep us from a refund. Eventually we got our money back and we left as soon as possible.
I do not recommend going there ever.

I’m giving this place 1 star because I have to. I reserved parking here for my trip and will not ever use this place again. The man (who I believe to be the owner) would not honor my reservation and wanted to charge me more than what my reservation was for. He then proceeded to tell me «that this was not his problem and it was mine and I needed to figure it out myself.» I told him he should honor it because it was in writing and he told me to go park somewhere else and threw my cash I had handed him prior to the conflict down on the counter. Awful customer service. So I called him an asshole and told me to f*** off. Not cool.

Cheap parking available for those who park and fly. I’ve used this place at least 10 times and never once have I been disappointed. It’s about $ 7 /​day plus tax. For a weekend trip it’s usually about $ 40.
Hints:
1) Make a reservation (or at least attempt to, they will let you know if it’s not needed if you can understand them over the phone)
2) Arrive early; a few times i’ve had to wait for the shuttle but never have I been late
3) Don’t expect first class
4) Probably don’t stay overnight, I spoke to a couple who did and they said the floor was wet in their room.
5) Wait to call the shuttle until your downstairs in the shuttle area; they will want your precise location for pickup (if you know where you will be standing you could cheat and call ahead but they might be aware of it if you’re still waiting on bags).
6) Tip these guys, they deserve it
7) Keep all the paperwork they give you, especially the claim ticket, just in case, they ask for it from me about 100% of the time.

I had to sign up for a Unilocal account just so I can write a review about this horrific establishment and warn everyone to stay away from this place.
My husband and I had such a terrific time in Seattle and we needed several hours to sleep before catching an early flight and this seemed to be a convenient choice (away from the city) especially with their shuttle service. All nearby hotels had no vacancy and for $ 81 (which we were quoted on the phone) with shuttle service and get some shut eye for several hours, how bad can it be?
When we walked in, there was a customer having a heated argument with the «night manager» Daniel. Customer was questioning why Daniel was only giving them a partial refund. This should’ve been our signal.
Again, I thought how bad can it really be? I can sleep anywhere, especially when it’s 2am and I’m catching a 7am flight.
We asked to see the room and the doorknob where you insert the keyhole had a huge hole where you can actually see into the room (this was an outdoor facing room). Whaaat?
Being the optimist that I am, we asked to see another room. Again, how bad can it be? Well… it was THAT bad!
This room reeked of cigarettes and it was supposedly a non smoking room. The first thing we saw when we opened the door was a huge piece of appliance which I assume was supposed to be a refrigerator. It was banged up with broken sides, handles and door. There was also a very old sofa with all sorts of stains with barely any foam cushions. At this point I had my husband call the front desk to speak with Daniel to let him know we did not want to stay and requested a refund. He refused to give us a refund because we were in the room for more than 10 minutes — mind you 7 minutes of it was spent talking to him on the phone. We pulled the covers off the bed and low and behold… there was an enormous stain at the center of our bed sheet of God only knows what! Needless to say we were not staying! We didn’t care about the $ 103 bill we were charged at this point, (did i mention original quote was $ 81 with handwritten misc. bogus fees?) it was the horrific treatment we received from DANIEL. Not only was he condescending but he was unprofessional and had no respect. Here’s the kicker:
Daniel insinuated that we were the ones that made the stain on the sheets! Unbelievable…

This is the first negative review I have ever written and find this type of behavior to be extremely rare in 55 years of travel to 49 states and 77 foreign countries.
I selected this place to park a car around11:20 P.M. July 6. The girl behind the desk called her uncle to verify the rate, and approve in and out parking. I paid a rate of $ 6.99/day or $ 8.61/day including tax, a total of $ 43.04 for 5 days, which was billed to a credit card. Without the ability to take the car once a day to see Seattle, there would be no point to parking here. (A much superior choice is MVP next door which permits in and out, and charges an internet rate of $ 8.95 + tax.) The next morning I got a call from the «uncle’, who now said, in and out parking is not allowed and that he would issue a refund. I went to the inn to obtain the refund and move the car. Instead of refunding $ 34.43, ($ 43.04-$ 8.61) he printed a refund for a lesser amount. I said this was not correct. In response he took all the paperwork and told me to leave, which I did after calling my credit card company and detailing the lack of refund. Returning about an hour later, I requested the paperwork which he repeatedly refused but eventually provided a copy of one piece of information but not the parking ticket. As of now I am out $ 43.04 for one night of parking. written 11:39 A. M July 8.

Notice how the most positive reviews are from people who did not stay here but just used their parking service. Our group had the worst experience in a motel or hotel ever this past week. A group of girls were staying in a room when a man started banging on their window at 3 AM claiming that his wife was in there. When the police were called and spoke to the man, the man returned and when the girls called the front desk the front desk was of no help and barely believed the girls. They would not find the girls a new room and would not escort the girls to the room with the guys.
That would be horrible in and of itself but add on the fact that they refused to offer new towels and soap to us. Also add on that this is NOT a true continental breakfast. It is the worst continental breakfast I have ever seen. The bathroom is disgusting and barely cleaned — we found two lighters in our bathroom.

I wish there were an option for negative star ratings. This place is horrible. I booked this room through expedia, and payed $ 82 too much. When checking in, I was told I had to pay another $ 8 for parking. What choice do I have? Checked in WITH MY GIRLFRIEND, carried in luggage WITH MY GIRLFRIEND, and ask what bars were around WITH MY GIRLFRIEND. They failed to mention that there was an additional $ 10 charge for a second person until we went out for dinner and came back. When we were told about the charge they told us that it was past the 10 min grace period that we had to go back on the room. In all, we have ended up paying $ 100 for a trashy, dirty, sloped bed in a lousy part of Seattle.
I would have rather slept at the bus stop; Bus drivers are far nicer than the staff here.

If you have an early flight, they might not have a driver for their shuttle. The worst is the attendant did not care what time our flight was. All he said is that the driver was late for work. We almost missed our flight to Mexico for our 30-​year anniversary. The attendant was more concerned about not letting in women who may have been prostitutes than ensuring that we get to the airport on time. So we ended up spending an additional $ 12 for cab fare.
Never again!

WORST EXPERIENCE WE HAVE EVER HAD. We have NEVER been treated this badly. We will never go back. I WOULD AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE !!!
My wife and I have peviously used Sea-​Tac Crest Motor Inn for airport parking at least 10 times over the past four years because they have very competitive parking rates, friendly staff and we really try to support the small local merchants.
Even though they were not the cheapest parking available, we recently made a reservation for 9 nights, starting ³⁄₀₉. We used their own website, rather than booking through a 3^rd party website. When we arrived, I presented my parking reservation to the very attractive young woman at the front desk.
AS I gave her our credit card and filled in the form, she told us the charge would be $ 77. I politely pointed out that the total cost posted our reservation confirmation was $ 66. Out of nowhere, she became extremely hostile, condescending and verbally abusive. She asked if «we knew how to count 9 days». I calmly pointed to the dates and times we had correctly entered on reservation confirmation. She said «the rental reservation is not a contract». I explained that I did not understand why she was not honoring the rate on our reservation confirmation. She said there «was a glitch» on their website.
Without a trace of anger, I explained that we had always made advance reservations using their own website, and on all prior occasions we had aways been charged the rate posted on the reservaton confirmation (we had just used them for 11days parking 6 weeks earlier). She got even more angry, called us «freeloaders», and yelled «all you care about is cheap parking». She yelled more insults at us, said she would not allow us to park and shouted at us to GET OUT RIGHT NOW. I tried to calm her down, and told her we did not want any trouble. I explained we did not have time to find another parking lot and would just pay the higher rate. She screamed at us to «GET THE HELL OUT RIGHT NOW». I politely asked to please speak with the manager. She yelled «I AM the MANAGER!
Sometimes mistakes happen, but we always ty to treat people with respect. We never yelled back at her or insulted her. We were completely stunned by her totally unwarranted hostile treatment of us, and how she then deliberately tried to jeopardize our whole vacation. We left immediately to find another parking lot. The next three were full, but a very compassionate lot attendant squeezed us in. We almost missed our flight to Puerto Rico.
We are posting this review in the hope that people will park elswhere and no one else we be victimized by this woman.

I’m in the same boat as R.C. I’ve never stayed here, just used their parking services and shuttle to the airport. The parking is pretty spot on, but there are a couple of nuances that you should keep in mind.
What she said is all accurate. This place is probably the cheapest parking around the area ($ 7 a day!), it’s in a secure gated lot with cameras, and they offer a free shuttle to and from the airport. This in itself would give the parking a 5 out of 5. But here is why I’ll take a star away.
Make sure you plan in advance and arrive a little earlier than you would normally as they won’t leave right away when you arrive. You have to check-​in and they like to wait for another person or so before leaving. This usually wouldn’t be a big deal until I was running slightly late and we sat around for 15 minutes and I almost missed my flight. Also, on the return trip, when you call them from the courtesy phone it can sometimes take awhile for them to arrive. Many times at this point of the trip you can be a little cranky from traveling all day and waiting an additional half hour in the cold can suck.
Like I said before, these are small little nitpicky items to a service that is usually spot on. Give yourself some time and expect a wait on your pick-​up on your return and you should be golden.

I did NOT stay here, first of all, so I can’t comment on the Inn itself.
What I wanted to comment on was the PARKING! My family has used this place for years (I’m talkin 5 at least). We have probably parked her 20 times or so. Every time it’s the same great experience. Yes it looks a little sketchy, but they have a good parking area behind the building that’s monitored ²⁴⁄₇ and has lighting and an enclosed fence. The rates are low (7 dollars a day ish), you pay first (process only takes like 5 minutes), they have a driver ready 24 hours a day to take you to the airport, and you’re done!
When you land, you call them and tell them your claim number and what Island in the Ground Transportation section you will be waiting (1 – 3), then they are there in less than 10 minutes. We landed last night at 10pm. I was in my car and driving home by 10:15. It was marvelous! I just love it.
SO. If you’re looking for a great place to park your car, consider this place!

Nasty nasty nasty!!! Blood on sheets, unclean, customer service sucks… don’t come here! Would not recommend to my worst enemy!

Cheap and dirty. Oh, so dirty. Yet, not cheap enough. And the smell… yikes.
I wouldn’t recommend this place to any person, for any reason.
No issue with service, really. It wasn’t noteworthy but it was spectacular relative to the state of the facility.
As soon as I walked in, my stomach sank. I asked if I could see the room before I committed-​I asked only because when I booked online I was informed that my credit card would be charged for the first night, yet when I checked in, my card hadn’t been charged yet. Sadly, I was told I had «kinda already committed.» In hindsight, I should have just made a run for it.
The common areas were atrocious. I opted to stop using the elevator and used the urine-​stench stairs instead. The stairs have most certainly not been vacuumed in years: giant stains and duct tape on the carpets.
Previous guests’ hair on the wall in the shower. The room was stuffy and smelled like a litter box. I left the door open when I wasn’t sleeping just to air it out.
The breakfast that is included was sliced muffins. Yep. Sliced muffins. There was also a pot of coffee and a dispenser for juice. Technically, those are breakfast items but they don’t really constitute ‘breakfast’ in my opinion.
I was going to take photos to post but I thought that would be cruel.
$ 10 is a reasonable amount to pay for a night in this place. NOT a dollar more.

I once stayed in a youth hostel in Hungary for eight bucks a night sleeping in a room with 12 other strangers and the shower was a hose, mounted to a wall only two feet up with two feet of hose length on a broken shower platform filled with dirty water.
I was there one night.
This place I just could not bring myself to stay at.
I came to Seattle traveling before I moved here and the Sea-​Tac Crest Motor Inn was a place my step father had stayed years prior so I figured I’d give it a whirl.
I parked, wife and I went in and booked a room. Immediately I knew why my step father had stayed here. Cheapest. Option. He’d take home a used SHARPS container if someone gave him a ‘good deal’ on it. But, still not put off.
The hindu people who run the place are all business without actually caring about the business. Nothing is clean. Everything functions but just barely. Overall as a ‘roof over your head’ it works in that capacity. Wi-​Fi equates to a 1995 desktop computer in the lobby that one of the staff will be perched upon perpetually. The elevator is gasping its last breath.
Still, I can take it. Then I get to my room.
Hands down, the dirtiest room I’ve ever walked into. I’ve cleaned out abandoned buildings that were more hygenic. The room had broken furniture, smears of lord knows what on the wall and I didn’t dare take my shoes off.
As I was traveling here with my wife I actually had some things I needed to get done so I parked my bags and left for the day.
End of the day comes round and wife and I are dreading going back. «It’s just for the night» I kept saying to her… but really I was trying to convince myself.
When we came back there was zero parking. I parked the rental car out front and went inside to ask where I could park. Someone said ‘just park it under our sign, it’s ok.’ I figured this was a great way to get towed and said as much. One of the staff said that they (the people who owned it) were having a private party with their friends so they used all the guest parking. While I appreciated the matter-​of-​fact attitude I wasn’t going to park my car just wherever and hope for the best.
I went to the room, wife and I both said there was no way we were staying there and then had to fight with the manager to get our money back.
Got it back (minus the day of course) and went to Best Western and breathed easy.
I would not even send an in-​law here to stay.
