had to track this guy down. he goes by the auto mall around lunch time. i guess i could have just called but it was kind of an adventure. i drove around the seaside auto mall and couldnt find him. so i went to costco to grab a dog but the line was quite large. so seemingly defeated i start driving to 7 eleven. as im going through the auto mall i here that distinct bell. I found him! . i walk up to the truck and let him know its the first time im eating here. i wanted the hot link but he told me it would be five minutes. i was already running late so i opted for the regular hot dog. the gentleman(im assuming Brown himself) told me i should get the dog. I always listen to an owners advice. i got the garden dog. It was quite large and had a good balance of ingredients. a lot of times dogs get overwhelmed by the ingredients on top. this one had a good blend. i will say it may have been just a little lite but i would rather have it lite that completely soggy killing the hot dog flavor. the dog itself was quite tasty. i would recommend this guy to anyone. he does have a number which is probably the best way to know where he is going to be. next time i will be trying the hot link.

I happened to be getting my truck smogged at Pacific Smog and guess who comes rolling into the parking lot… Browns Confectionary. I was a little taken back because I had never seen such an original food truck like his before. I immediately walked around to the front window and met Mr. Don Brown himself. My eyes caught the menu and was attracted to the sign that read«Hot Link». I was sooooo excited because I had been craving a hot link for about a month prior to meeting Mr. Brown’s truck. Once I received the hot link with grilled onions, relish, and spicy mustard, it was one of the best 100% all beef hot links I have ever bit into. Mr. Brown didn’t stay long as he had a route to attend to. I will definitely be looking for Browns Confectionary real soon…
