Baskin-Robbins 31 Ice Cream Yogurt & Subway

I am reviewing this because of subway. This subway has the worst employees. The girls that work there have the worst attitudes. Asked me «what do you want.» This place needs new staff I have never felt so uncomfortable walking in there. Like it was an inconvenience for them to serve me. I would never go here again. And I’ve heard from multiple other people that have been here that they’ve had the same horrible experience I have. I was told that people don’t go here because of the employees. WORST SERVICE EVER and I love subway so it sucks that I do not feel comfortable coming here.

I really like the fact, this place is open early morning straight thru to eleven pm. I can stop in for a breakfast sandwich, then again on my way home after working the late shift. A healthier option than the other fast food places. Thanks!

OMG! I came here at 9:20PM on Monday night for ice cream (BASKIN ROBINSON). I know you guys are closing soon and cleaning to close. But seriously you guys don’t have to be that mean!!! Seriously she asked me, while she was cleaning, what kind of ice cream I want for my banana split, so I told her the three flavors. Then when she actually started making my banana split, she asked me again for what kind. WTF seriously why did you even freaking ask me in the beginning!!! They really have to change the employees.
Also, I know there is only two lazy people working at night. They don’t even clean any tables and chairs which were freaking SOOOOOO sticky and dirty! Wow seriously I won’t come here again and go to the one in Monterey.

I made this account just to review those 31 and below soft serve whatever it is. They are just horrible! Their soft serve is nasty! Me and my girlfriend both agree! And so does her mom. I can’t get over how nasty these things are. They just want to make me throw up. Stay away from their soft serve, that is all I can say. We threw ours away as soon as we got home. What we should’ve done was just told then they taste bad and we are not going to pay for these!

Pretty standard BR31. Shares the space with a Subway, so if you’re so inclined you could eat that before your dessert. My complaints come from location (it has a euro third world feel to it) and parking (there are only a handful of spaces, or a dirt lot that looks like it’s seen more than it’s fair share of drug deals).

Product (a birthday cake for the 4 yr old) was good… But they didn’t make the correct cake. We asked for a chocolate ice cream cake. The receipt reflected the same, but imagine our surprise when we found out different. Little too late for a return… Just expected for 35 bucks they could follow simple instruction.

Service wasn’t very friendly and in a gangsta part of town.

I don’t care for the Subway here but you can’t go wrong with the ice cream. I stop in whenever I need an ice cream cake (although they are pricey!) or a scoop if I’m getting a peddy next door.

This place sucks dont go here just got back from geting subway and the really only put a pintch of Lettuce and a pich of all the veggieS and only 4 olives on the Sandwich oh and 5 slices of meat stupid go to the one up the street at valero gas staion they make it hella good

I come here for a variety of options for a twist on a classic sandwich meal, and a variety of desserts at the 31 flavors. I have never been disappointed with the food or service, and will always stop by when near and wanting a sandwich in Seaside. Good place, I would recommend.

I come here all the time for either subway or baskin so I am familiar with both sides. Open till 11pm, I like that the best. Great service, and the ice cream is always tasty.
Only downside? most of the time I get the soda their soda is mostly flat, not enough carbonation in the syrup, and that kinda sucks.

1 scoop sunday! very much a fan! came in as they were closing! still very nice. even as they were trying to mop around us! They could have been really rude! Ive worked food industry… closing time is closing time! Left very happy! The oreo swirl ice cream my man got was pretty off the hook too!

Here is something weird tho. before I give you my Ice Cream review.
I had gone into this place at least 3 times, and ended up with a sandwich instead of ice cream the damn things smelled so good.
Seriously… straight up. Best in Monterey. I guess it is a franchise run by a great family!
Ummm… ice cream? Their rocky road? Daquiri Ice?
That place was the bomb. I stopped a lot. It didn’t help my body frame.
Guess what. I got better. And I still eat the shit.
