Best. Eggplant Parmesan. Ever.
The eggplant was sliced thinly, smothered in sauce, and covered with just the right amount of cheese. I’m not typically a fan of eggplant parm because whenever I’ve had it, it’s been served with one giant chunk of soggy eggplant. This was delightfully different!
Lee, the chef and owner, is a fantastic cook and I would gladly try anything she came up with. Honestly, she could put that marinara on a car tire and I’d eat it up! I’ve also tried the manicotti and the meatballs, both were terrific. Looking forward to trying the baked ziti next!
