this was the worst Baskin Robbins I’ve ever been to. Pre-​ordered a cake days ahead, show up today and no cake and they did not care. Had no choice but pick a pre-​made cake and have them put the name on it. Staff was so untrained took me over 20 minutes for this and it looks like my 2 year old did it. I will never come back here, coldstone will get my business from now on even if I have to drive to get it. Don’t spend your money here! I don’t even think a star rating is deserved

If you are interested in 31 flavors, continue on to a «Real» Baskin Robbins location that has full complement of products. They have maybe one or two flavors, and you can’t go by labelled freezers, as there in no ice cream in some of those boxes. If you want a subway sandwich, this place may be OK, for ice cream, be prepared to pick from one or two available flavors after waiting for staff to slowly prepare sandwiches for half the residents of Seaside. Honestly, BR should be ashamed to have their name on this location. I recommend avoiding this place!

Very disappointed. Went in intending on using a B-​R gift certificate we were given. After ordering the all of the ice cream, I went to pay with it but, guess what, the gift certificate reader was not working. The server half-​heartedly tried it several times, but then said something to me in some gibberish that somewhat resembled English. Someone else came over tried it a few more times, but then asked where I bought the gift certificate. Who cares? Are gift certificates bought at one B-​R only good at certain ones? Kind of disappointing for a major chain, don’t you think? Ice cream was mediocre.

I was getting my nails done about a month or so ago next door at Pro Top Nail and they were giving out solid coupons next door and doing some sort of fundraise with the local fire department which was nice. Service is usually friendly in here but it’s one of those half Baskin Robbins half Subway deals… so the lines although never long unless a couple families walk in from the local scene … can get kind of funky.
