I don’t often give reviews on Unilocal,but when I do it’s because I either feel strongly about the poor service or strongly about the excellent service. In this case, I feel strongly about the excellent service. One of the things that won me over with The Car Butler (aside from the catchy name) was the quality of care and the level of communication I received. I was a little bit nervous about sending my car off with him, so when he got it to the dealer for my oil change, he texted me updates from the auto shop and even sent pictures of my car after it he had washed it inside and out. The auto dealer offered to upgrade my oil to synthetic and The Car Butler texted me for approval before accepting. On top of that, he was able to get the synthetic oil at a rate I didn’t know was possible! As if that wasn’t enough, finding out that he topped off the fuel and waxed the outside when he returned the car had me over the moon. It’s so refreshing to work with a person who cares about people – I didn’t feel like a number. My only complaint is that I might find it difficult to turn down any service he offers because he has a way of making his customers feel as though they are the most important part of his day. Who wouldn’t want more of that?
