My name is Mike Speake and I have been with Sun Devil Auto for five years and in the automotive field for twenty-​seven.

I enjoy spending time in the outdoors and my favorite kind of car are classic Ford Broncos (1966 – 1977).

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. I have taken my vehicle here multiple times for the same problem and they either end up fixing something else that wasn’t even asked of them, don’t do anything at all, or they do a quick bandaid fix. The car ALWAYS comes back dirty with marks all over the door and the steering wheel is always greasy and they spilled grease all over my carpeted floor mats and turned my floor mats upside down to hide it. They also took a CD out of my car and when my vehicle was returned it was scratched and on the floor. They are rude and act like you are stupid or don’t believe you when you bring the car back for the same problem. Save your money and go somewhere else. This place isn’t worth it and will end up costing you more in the long run. I ended up having to take my vehicle to a different mechanic to fix what we asked them to fix. I will never take my vehicle back here again.

Wow They jacked up the price of the 18 oil change to 50 and than said they rotated tires but had not. I had curb damage on a rear wheel so I knew they were lying. When they knew they got caught they blamed it on a tech who had already left. Will not return or recommend if it was free. Manager knew he got caught so gave me a worth less future 18 oil change which is worthless to me because I have a extra quart of so called premium oil.

Pulled in at 5:25 (they close at 6) with a dying battery. They took us right in and we were back on the road in 15 minutes with a new battery. Great service. We are from Colorado and had no clue where to go, but we have found our new «go to» service station. We will definitely be back!

Had to unexpectedly visit Sun Devil this past Saturday *dramatic sigh* due to my car being «sluggish» as I tried to start her.
Held my breath and was hoping it was something simple (i.e. battery), and sure enought it was. Oh, and a cable of some sort?
Service was speedy Gonzalez, but they could probably be a tad more professional (i.e. techs slumped over in their chairs, fiddling on his cell, probably on Tinder app and looking to score an impulsive, hot date?). But, perhaps my expectations are too high and rigid — after all, it is a auto repair shop, it ain’t the Ritz, right?!?

Close to 4 hours for an alignment when I was told 2. Also had a reservation on saturday that they said it would be done in 2 hours. They didnt get it done on saturday either. Wasted 3 hours of my time then.
I have tried out a few auto repair places in Fountain Hills. Worst by far. Don’t come here. No problem for saving you time. Car finally done then it comes back with dirt all over the door.

Took my Mazda 3 in with a battery dying as I arrived. Got me right in, replaced and also found that I had a blown fuse for phone charger. Replace that as a courtesy! As luck would have it, our other vehicles car battery is going, so today I called and set an appointment. We will be visiting them this morning.

Sun devil auto offers the absolute best price for an oil change in the area although you do need to make an appointment in advance which I did. Further, last week my battery died and they were able to change it on the spot in less than twenty minutes offering a five year warranty on the battery too.
