Joseph from Bogner’s came through for us with a new furnace. Whole process was painless, and Joseph was always available for my questions. Good guy, awesome work, and best of all he worked with us on a payment plan. Affordable monthly payments with no interest. Like I said… a good guy.

Bogner All Air put central heating in our 100 year old house — challenging to say the least and Joseph and his crew were very professional and informative on all the do’s and don’t’s. Joseph was quick to get back to us and answer our questions. When we had water damage in the kitchen — Bogner (Joseph) came out and emptied all the ducting under house that had standing water in them. On our first service — Joseph was prompt and AWESOME to work with, honest and trustworthy. I look forward to continued servicing with this great company and highly recommend them for installation, service and repairs — They DO IT ALL!

Called yesterday and was promised a confirming call back in 30 minutes, never received it, but had been told a repair person would be here between 11 am –2 pm today and cleared my day to get this done. I gave my name, number and address during the first call. When I heard nothing by 1:50, I called again and it was clear the person had forgotten. I had to give my address three more times. I was told a person would be here after finishing up on some banking. Never showed. Called again at 3:10 and canceled. I don’t know the name of the person who answered the phone. I can’t comment on the quality of their work because they never showed up.

Joseph at Bogner’s All Air did a fantastic job installing a new furnace and the addition of air conditioning couldn’t be better. Before installing our new A/​C system Joseph did an entire analysts of our current duct system and calculated the total square footage the system would be cooling and heating. With his findings he recommend a system that would cool and heat at an energy efficient level and the recommendation of adding a dual zone system was a very wise choice and has saved me money by allowing me to heat/​cool one level at a time if desired. Hands down the best investment I’ve made to my home thanks to Bogner’s All Air! Thanks Joseph!

Joseph for Bogner’s All Air saved the day! New Years Eve wind storm left me with a power surge that fried my Furnace. I called and left message with another company that had top ratings but they didn’t call me back for 2 days. We had no heat and it felt like a meat locker in our house. Desparate I went back on Unilocal and found Bogner, called them and Joseph picked up the phone! Told me he would be there same day, showed up diagnosed the issue, fried transformer. He had the part and got me heat! We were so happy! Highly recommend! Thanks Joseph!!!

Joe from Bogners All Air installed a new furnace for us in a very timely matter and the customer service was great. He even called after the furnace was installed to make sure everything was ok. Now that is great customer service! We barely missed a beat at work. Now it’s nice and warm and the furnace is working great. I would highly recommend him without reservations!

All Air did a copper roof for our building in Capitola that won awards. Really, really, good job.

We had them out to look at an issue with our furnace, as they were listed as an authorized dealer.
They didn’t show up to our original appt, and when we called to check on them 15min after our appt, they said that they were just about to call us to cancel. When they finally came out on another date, they were unable to figure out the issue, and actually made things worse. They suggested replacing the filter, but didn’t have one in stock, so they cut a larger one to fit, and stuffed in in the hole. This «solution» ended up being extremely noisy, so we ended up having to replace it with one from Home Depot. After the technician left our house, we noticed that the furnace was no longer working, even though he said that it was fine when he left. They came out again, and got it working, but the original issues still persisted. When the technician came back the second time, he was visibly (and verbally) irritated about having to go under our house to look at the furnace again.
This all happened over the winter holidays when we had planned to have family over. Luckily we had (just) enough firewood to get us through the few days with the family.
I won’t be using them again to say the least.
