I have an A.H.S. warranty. I was concerned they wouldn’t listen to what i considered was my stoppage. Efrain came on time, listened intently to what i considered was my problem, and in no time all was fixed. i will pass on to all in my mobile park the great job he did.

I have a home warranty with AHS and they sent me to Poe’s Plumbing. They sent out Efrain and he did a great job listening to my concerns since they included the kitchen sink, washer, and water softener. My washer was not draining properly and water was getting everywhere. My kitchen sink had a slow drain even though I tried to snake it a couple of time myself. He used the clean out to clear about 50 feet 3 times. I have to say that it worked. I still have some smell and waiting to see how the water softener holds up but I think he fixed, if not, he said to give them a call if it continues.

I had a home warranty claim with American home Shield (Home warranty provider). Scott from Pope’s plumbing came out. I had other plumbers come out form American home Shield before and they were pretty questionable. Scott and his crew fixed six items in my house — flawlessly. One things for certain I will personally request Scott and Popes plumbing if I ever have any plumbing issues in the future. If you ever have any plumbing needs call Scott he’s the bomb

These guys are the best — they were sent to us by our Home Warranty Company to fix a water heater problem at our Pebble Beach, CA home — they came promptly, are extremely knowledgeable and professional, and made our repairs timely on the spot — they did excellent work. They repaired our water heater lines, installed a regulator valve, and did a lot of trouble shooting for us. The next day we had a new problem and we called them at 7:30 AM — they were at our house by 9 AM, even though they have a busy schedule, and immediately fixed it — we were so grateful. Their rates are fair and honest. Mark and Scott make a great team and we can highly recommend their company. We will be using them again in the future.

What an easy, pleasant experience. Marc came over the same day, explained how the pricing went up front, then got to work. He had everything he needed and didn’t ask me for buckets and things to clean up which was much appreciated. Worked quickly and efficiently and was well prepared. Fixed my sink quite professionally and I was most pleased. Reasonable pricing. A fair and pleasant deal all the way around!

I was very pleased with the service from Scott and Mark when I had a pluming problem on a Saturday. They came over right away, even though they had to drive some distance. They took care of both a back up in my sewer line as well as a leak on my kitchen sink. Scott was very thorough in checking the toilet, shower etc to make sure the backup was cleared. They were very polite and informative and gave me tips on what to look for next time so I could fix the kitchen faucet issue on my own.
When Scott came into the house he wore shoe covers so as not to get my floors dirty and was careful not to let any of my pets out.
The were contracted through my home warranty, but I would definitely call them again and recommend them if one of my friends needed a plumber.

Poe’s Plumbing is AWESOME because Scott is committed to doing the job right. Our water heater broke down two days before the July 4th weekend. He was recommended by our home warranty company. First, the insurance company told him that he needed to just replace a part. He called around and tried to get the part, but it had been discontinued everywhere (due to the age of the water heater). Once he determined that the water heater needed to be replaced, he had to get approval for a new one. He spent an hour on the phone dealing with the insurance company (because they had a new employee who didn’t know how to process the claim). He wouldn’t give up. He knew we were in a bind, because if we didn’t get the water heater by the next day, everything would be closed for the holiday weekend. He did this despite the fact that he had a couple more jobs after us which would take him well into the evening to finish.
The next day, he pulled the permit, replaced the water heater and did all of the building code upgrades so that we had hot water for the holiday weekend. He is friendly and really knows what he is doing. Scott is awesome!

Poe’s Plumbing is hands down the best plumber around! Not only is he a third generation contractor (cough, cough, of course he knows what he is doing) but he is extremely honest, reliable and efficient. He is flexible with schedule, knowledgeable and friendly!!!
Did I mention the best part of the experience, his prices are extremely reasonable!!!
He will answer the phone, day or night, help over the phone if possible or work around your schedule to help with any and all of your needs.

Called and Scott answered to our emergent situation! We had roofers accidentally cut the pipes leading to a solar water heater on the roof and our renters had no hot water. I called Poe’s Plumbing to see if Scott could figure out why my recently installed fresh water spigot took 30 seconds to get to full pressure. The work had been done by KR Construction and didn’t work right from the start. I had complained, KR looked at it and told me it was installed correctly and I should expect gurgling and wait time when I turned on the spigot.
It took Scott about one minute to figure out that the installation had been done incorrectly and he also informed me that the water to the ice maker was not being filtered and was also installed wrong.
Scott fixed the problem quickly and charged me a very fair price. He cleaned up after himself, helped me reinstall the cabinet doors, and I couldn’t be happier. I will use Poe’s Plumbing for all my plumbing needs in the future.
