Dealing with John of Rainbow Int’l was one of the most frustrating experiences I’ve encountered when hiring a contractor.
Aside from his initial quick reaction to my water damage, he left me angry and disillusioned with his lack of customer service. What was supposed to be a 3 – 5 day job, turned into an 8 week odyssey to get his equipment removed from my apartment.
His final charge for water restoration and cleanup services ended up 27% higher then the initial estimate. When asked to explain the difference, all he could say was that he was giving me a discount to what he should have charged. I’ve never met a more dishonest, arrogant and stubborn service contractor.
This is one company I would never do business with again. Buyer Beware!

This business is fantastic in a crisis which is when you need them. I experienced a cat-​tastrophe when my little mischief makers turned on the faucet in the utility sink in the garage. Much flooding in garage and attached room, fully finished and furnished. And on a Sunday no less. John responded immediately and kept me informed of ETA. Arrived late afternoon and took care of everything including drying out walls. Process took 3 – 4 days and worked great. Please give this company your business. I think you’ll be very pleased.
