I have been going to this salon for over a year now and everyone is so nice. They do a fabulous job with pedicures and manicures. Jackie, the owner is so sweet, she always calls everyone by their first name and makes it personal. I can’t believe it took me so long to find this great spa.

I have been having my mani pedi here sine 2008 and have never been disappointed. Colors are up to date and Jackie is very knowledgable about nails and correct applications. The salon is very clean and the tubs are washed after each pedicure. The chairs for pedicures are brand new and very state of the art. No one should ever say this salon is unclean. NOTHING COULD BE FURTHER FROM THE TRUTH.

I tried this salon for the first time a few days ago and I must say I was pleasantly surprised! Everything was very clean and sterile. Staff was extremely helpful and took her time and I was very happy with the finished product. A gel mani was $ 30, and luckily they do not charge to remove old gel. I will be back for sure!

Sophia did my shellac manicure last week and I was 100% Satisfied! I cant wait to go back and see her! She took her time on my toes and hands and my nails are shaped perfectly and still look great! I am sending my mom tomorrow for her christmas party to see sophia!

I’ll start the bad review I was already going write by saying that I really almost think the woman who gave me my pedicure dislocated my pinky toe or something. It’s been weeks and I’m still in pain.
My manicure didn’t even last 24 hours. She went SO slow doing it and didn’t get anywhere close to the cuticles on any side and I thought maybe it was her method so it would last longer and not peel? Wrong!
Ok, now my big complaint. I got a GC here and attempted to use it 3 times! This place is nowhere near my house and I explained to them that I am never in the area. The first 2 times, they took a wedding party and reserved the entire place! Ok, if you’re gonna do that, you should either close down for them or do it after hours. The second time I tried to use it, I was leaving for vacation the next day and I had to go pay cash someplace else. They refused to even let me wait and take me after, saying that they had young kids and couldn’t stay late. They kept asking if I could come back the next day. What don’t you get about the fact that I keep saying I live 45 minutes away anyways and my flight is at like 5am?
The thing that kills me about the whole above scenario was that my cousin got married and tried to book this place for the day before her wedding weeks ahead of time and do you know what they told her? They said, «we don’t do that. We have regular customers that could come in. You’ll have to take your chances.» And we did. Most of us couldn’t get things we wanted because they didn’t have the time, and they kept taking regulars without appointments before us! I’m sorry, is this a clique???

It’s an ok place. The only good thing for me is that it is walking distance from my house. They do not have the gel colors displayed on fake nails like every other place I’ve been, so unless you know the color you don’t know what you’re getting. From what I have learned they do not care too much for walk-​ins. And as far as quality goes, the inside of nails never get painted and that is a pet peeve of mine. Get the whole nail, not just the top. And not once have they ever checked on me after sending me to dry my hands under the light.
I’ve found a place I absolutely love and now only come here if I’m in a jam.

I went here for a pedicure with my cousin and they did a pretty good job. We got there at the right time so we didnt have to wait. The staff was friendly and they did a good job. Will definitely be returning.

I came in as a walk in and was very quiet with a packed house. Which was odd. While I waiting the manicurist told me to pick a color. I asked these are shellac polish? She said yes, all of them are. They were gel polish from opi. They weren’t shellac. I got up and said I changed my mind. There’s no way I’m letting someone do my nails especially if they don’t know the difference between nail polishes.

The nails are done quickly, and they are not intricate or careful about the look of the nail. I’ve definitely have had better looking nail filing and application from other salons

I don’t usually write reviews but I am very very very upset with this salon. This is my first time here on sat ²⁄₁. I got an appointment right away (now I know why). I got a mani and pedi, the girl seems nice but it’s annoying they keep talking Vietnamese to the girl doing my friend’s nail next to her so I wonder if she’s talking about me or not. She got aggressive with my left foot when cutting the cuticle and I have average feet. I don’t have a lot of cuticles and I hate being cut. So I ask her to take it easy on cutting because I hate being cut. Next thing you know «SHE CUT MY BIG TOE». It was painful. When she painted my nails, it was so thick that I sat there for 20 mins to dry off, my friend and I went to the mall and had dinner, as soon as I pick up the chopsticks, half of the paint came off on three of my nails. What a waste of money… I am 7 months pregnant, this should be a treat for me instead I can’t even walk on my right foot as my toe hurts so much. I am so upset that I didn’t even want to call them to complaint. I better not get any infection or fungus from this otherwise I am reporting the salon to BBB and the health board. This is the worst experience I had in years in a nail salon, because the staff is not experience and it seems she wants to rush through.

Next time you have a private party please do public a favor and put a SIGN up or lock the doors. Poor customer service to your new potential customers to rudely REJECT them at the door after getting stared at by 12 girls who think I’m trying to crash their Bachelorette party. Just an innocent customer looking to get her nails done, thought it was a busy night high hopes to find a nail salon open on Friday night– but instead I felt like Julia Roberts in pretty woman on Rodeo Dr. How is anyone supposed to know??? Carry on girls…

I popped in for a pedi, as I wasn’t feeling well and needed a pick me up. The girl who did my piggies was sweet and took her time. There were people waiting, but she did not rush. When I say thorough, it is an understatement. The scrub was about 5 minutes each leg. Straight. That doesn’t even include the massage. At that point, the paint job could have been awful, and I still would have been happy. But it was lovely. So pretty. And she fixed and ingrown as well. With no pain. Highly recommend this salon. :)

I have been going to Allure on and off for a few years now, so when my new favorite mani/​pedi spot didn’t have an appointment time last Saturday morning, I decided to go back. I had an appointment at 9 AM, and they took me right away. However, the scene inside the salon was not something I was expecting. When I am getting a pedicure, I want to RELAX, so the presence of several of the nail technicians’ children running around and yelling was not something I enjoyed. If you like playing with bubbly and hyper kids — and if you don’t mind your pedicure-​ist repeatedly getting up to tend to their needs — you might not mind it. Many of the other women seemed to think it was cute and weren’t bothered, but I just wanted to get a quick and quiet Saturday morning pedicure and relax. It ended up taking much longer than usual (and was far from quiet) because of the constant interruptions from the children.
Also — my pedicure tub didn’t work, but apparently that was okay with my nail technician. She repeatedly tried to fix it (while my feet were dangling into the tub), but the bubbles wouldn’t come out. So, instead of moving me to one of the 5 other open chairs with working tubs, she kept me at the original spot and my feet sat in still water. When I went to pay, another nail technician sat at the front desk playing with her iPhone for 5 solid minutes before she glanced up in my direction… and then she walked away.
If you don’t mind kids coming up to you and poking you while you are getting a pedicure, or being placed in unworking chairs, or a seemingly utter lack of care for customer service, you probably won’t mind it here. Truthfully, my toes came out fine and she did a good job. Too many distractions for me, though — I think I’ll stick with my other place.

Have gone to Allure for many years now and always get a great mani/​pedi. I love the ambiance and interaction with all the staff. I have made some good personal friends there that go on Sat. morning early.
Today I added a new service; a facial and eyebrow tint/​wax with Kim — It was excellent! The products very nice, not overly scented but pleasant smelling. The treatment was in a nice relaxing room with a lavandar candle and soft music. I could have stayed there all day! The treatment was very professional, lots of relaxing massage included. My skin and brows look fabulous! A wonderful way to spend a rainy Sat. morning with a lovely lady that made me look and feel great! I will add this sevice to my perosnal beauty routine at Allure! I will admit right away that I do not get manicures on the regular. However, I recently got engaged and everyone kept telling me I must go for a manicure, MUST! So I go into Allure, never have been here before but it’s convenient and I drive by it all the time.
First, they don’t have many nail polishes to chose from. They are all thrown together on what appears to be their front desk area. I wanted a cute winter blue and some silver sparkles on my ring fingers. No silver sparkle nail polish. I ask the guy who will be painting my nails and he keeps handing me different shades of gold sparkles. I keep telling him that’s gold, not silver. Is this a language barrier, Im not sure? We finally settle on a multi colored sparkle but I was seriously considering just walking out the door at this point and I really should have listened to my instinct.
I want to put it out there that the guy that ended up giving me this manicure was nice enough. Tried to have light conversation although I had to ask him to repeat himself a lot and most of the time he just tried to up sell me on the gel nailpolish even though I continuesly let him know that I was happy with what I chose and would not be trying the gel this time.
Okay, he was nice «enough» but he really should consider a new profession. This is the worst manicure I have ever had. I am wondering if he purposly sabotaged me because I wouldn’t get the gel polish!
Within HOURS they were cracking and chipping off… I know this is not normal. I could have done a better job myself.
Really dispapointed and will not be coming back here, ever.

These ladies are great! Very professional and clean. $ 40 for a pedi and French mani! I’ve found my replacement for overpriced miniluxe

I got a mani/​pedi gel nails. I used «gelish» I personally dont like OPI because the colors arent true plus they peel off faster. My mani lasted for 2 weeksish.
Service was good. Even though there were a couple clients waiting (some appts) they didn’t rush to finish my service which is good.
Ample parking, relaxing environment. WAY BETTER than attractive nails down the street. Will come back.

I have been here several times now. They always do a good job on my nails. The only thing I’m not crazy about is the service. No one is particularly friendly and when they were trying to upsell me to try the gel manicure they woman didn’t speak enough English to answer my questions about what exactly the gel was.
Decent prices, its about $ 35 for a manicure and pedicure.

Clean, friendly, the staff makes sure you’re satisfied. Jackie is running a great business. You will be very satisfied.
Although they take walk-​ins, it does get busy — it wouldn’t hurt to give a quick call to see when is best to show up — long hours.
