Business Owner

Northeastern University Alumni x2 who likes creativity and always think about sustainability for the consumers. His vision is to create a place-​to-​be where the environment is inviting to heighten the senses of refreshing.

Kien is firmly known for strategic growth approach, with extensive accolades for modeling agility, creating lean teams, mitigating risks and reducing costs, and establishing creative strategies for optimizing internal operations, financial returns and external customer service and output. He’s passionate about improving ongoing service experience for the customers.

He’s also licensed in MA Producer’s Accident and Health or Sickness Insurance; and, was awarded with multiple designations in various areas such as Disability, Life and Health Claims, Long Term Care, Annuity Products, Reinsurance, Insurance Regulatory Compliance, etc.
