The guy who works there is super nice and very knowledgeable. He seemed to know what was wrong with my laptop right away, told me to come back in 30 minutes, and it was fixed! He’s fast and nice, I’ll definitely be back when I inevitably break something else.

I went to the North Andover location with a broken PlayStation 4, and Ryan was excellent. I was reluctant to spend $ 80 for them to look at it, and then find out it could not be fixed. Ryan took a quick look and advised me the prognosis was not good. He did not try to sell me a futile repair service. I really appreciated his honesty. I would go back to him for future repair service without hesitation.

Kevin is a wizard when it comes to fixing electronics. I won’t trust anyone else with my phone. He’s worked there for quite a while and I hope he won’t be going anywhere anytime soon! I can’t tell you how many times I’ve sent my friends to him to fix their broken phone screens. Not only does he get the job done quickly but, he is very polite and professional. My brother takes his computer there whenever it needs to be worked on and he always calls me to let me know what a great job Kevin did fixing it. Geeks in Minutes is very lucky to have him working there.

I heard about this place from a friend and came in to get my phone fixed. I’ve gotten phones fixed in the past only to have the cheap replacement they installed crap out on me in a few weeks. I was helped by this guy Kevin and he assured me they wouldn’t hand me back a price of junk after taking my cash. What I received back was what looked and functioned exactly like my old device. Couldn’t tell the difference at all. This was 2 years ago and 2 dropped screens ago. Kevin is a wiz and I’m sure the rest of the staff at the other locations do as great a job. I highly recommend this spot for high quality electronics advice and fixes.

I recommend Kevin to everyone who ever needs anything electronic fixed. He’s replaced numerous phone screens for me, fixed a Wii, fixed my phone… He’s wicked helpful and friendly, and he’s an electronics genius. If you need anything fixed or replaced he’s definitely the guy to see!

I love this location! They can fix all the stuff you really need (ie cellphones, tablets, laptops, computers, Xbox One, PS4s etc) and they are so great at it!
Kevin has been there for years and I won’t trust anyone else to take care of my precious electronic toys.
I brought in a very new nexus tablet that I had dropped and broken the screen on. I left it and the next day it was shiny and new!
I also had a problem with my rear facing camera on my iPhone which Kevin was able to fix as well. The prices are reasonable and you don’t have to waste your time with horrible customer service at Apple or Best Buy.
I would return definitely for any of my broken screen needs! No other place needed!

In a time of big box electronics stores and new products coming out almost daily, you always wonder if your investment in a computer product today will keep its value.
With Geeks in Minutes, I’ve found that you don’t have to worry. They will keep your old hardware functional and even up to date if possible. The Saugus store is terrific — kind of like a real neighborhood store with fast, friendly, and expert service. Kevin is the MAN. Repairs are totally reasonable, complete and fast!

Friendly and efficient. Brought and ipod in for repair, low price to fixed estimated problem. Unfortunately it was damaged more than could repaired, but let me know what was going on right away. Would go back next time I have a problem.
