Suzanne Coleman – Real Estate

Buying a house now of days is painful. I thought I had everything perfect, ok credit twenty percent down. I went to a mortgage broker got my letter of apprvell .I found my perfect house in the perfect location I thought to myself this will be simple. Hhaha how wronge i was.
When starting this journey I knew my husband would be at work and I would be doing everything myself I was ok with that. I knew that I would prefer to work with a woman two woman working together can get the job done. I found suzanne through Unilocal.I typed in realtor and Santee as the location. Suzanne came up and so did a lot of other realtors with more reviews and more hype around them. I thought to myself half of the reviews are written by friends and family members or if they are really that good they might have to many clients and not have the time to devote to this painful processes of buying a house. Suzanne seamed perfect for the job.
I believe we put in our bid on the house mid March. We closed the house in mid July. Yes it took us four months to get this house but it had nothing to do with suzanne it was working with loan company’s and the under writters. At one point I gave up on my dream house I was crushed I couldn’t get my paperwork perfect for these mistresses under writters.. Suzanne told me why don’t you go to another finance company. I took her advice and called the person she recomened. Three weeks later we closed on the house.
I’m sitting outside now drinking my coffee my kids are playing in a pool. I’m living in my dream house in Santee with a fix mortgage of less then what I was paying a month in rent .all of these was possible because of suzanne. When I was about to give up she pushed me to keep going .when the loan company denined me for a loan she told me go to another company there’s no reason why you should be denined. she never missed a phone call, text meg, email even at ten o’clock at night we emailed, doc signed just to get all the paperwork in on time. This woman works hard very hard she’s knows her stuff .I have never ment suzanne until I contacted her for this house. I’m not a friend or a family member. I hope who ever reads this review gives this woman a chance to work for you I promise you won’t be dissatisfied.

Suzanne helped my sister in law buy her home the year or so prior to us buying ours, it was a no brainer that we would use her as our Realtor as well! Suzanne was seriously amazing from start to finish. She is always available and makes it known and she checks in on a regular basis with any new news or just to see if we had any questions. My husband and I are first timers and I was all about buying every single home I saw (literally), Suzanne handled my overzealous mind like a champ and gave my husband and I just about the best advice ever. She told us «you’ll know when you walk into a house that it’s THE house». Sure enough after seeing 4 homes in one evening we walked into THE one. Right then and there she started making phone calls and sending emails to the sellers agent. I kid you not, we found out within a day or so all of the necessary info on the house and made our initial offer. From there Suzanne and I were in constant contact, paperwork was a breeze and no question was left unanswered. She recommended top notch people for our loan company, inspection and other household needs. Look no further, your agent is right here! She keeps it real 100% of the time! A thousand times thank you Suzanne! You made it possible for us to raise our daughter in her’s and our first home!

We are currently in escrow on our new home and Suzanne Coleman was amazing at finding the house for us. She listened to what we were looking for and sent us e-​mails daily with homes that fit our needs or let us know that there were no new homes. With how quickly offers are being made on houses, she made herself available to go look at a moments notice. She guided us on our options and what she felt it would take to have our offer accepted. She has brought the paperwork to us to sign as needed as well as explained what we were signing. She is very knowledgeable on the paperwork aspect.
