Daisy Cleaners & Laundry

So… I’m basically never coming back here again, which is too bad, because I love right around the corner, and I’ve been bringing my business here for years.
I just brought in a bunch of shirts to be dry cleaned. There are two workers in plain sight of me. I stood at the front for two minutes, absolutely ignored.
Frustrating.

I give this place a 1 star first of all when I dropped off my pants to be hemmed the man wouldnt give me a price I figured it couldnt be more then 15 dollars for 3 pairs of pants to be hemmed considering I normally pay 2 dollars for a hem well this place was more convenient sence its across the street from me but when I went to pick up my pants it cost 36.00 are you kidding me and I dropped them off on a wednesday and they werent ready until Moday after 3pm if your gunna charge that much at least have them done the next day. I will never go back to this plate the quality of the hem was awful the hem line is far up the pants im so dissapointed.

We’ve been coming here for years. Clothes have always been very clean and well pressed. I cant recall any issues we’ve ever had. I have no idea what these other negative posters are talking about. Ok, they are a little pricey. But, they are super nice there, not nasty at all as that one post claimed, and the clothes look and smell great. Maybe that one guy has a horrible body odor that wont come out? And, why would you expect them to call you when your clothes are ready when you have a ticket with the ready date on it???

I dropped off 9 shirts to be laundered and it cost me over $ 40. When I got them back they still smelled unclean and I found a tear in the sleeve of one when I got home. I’ll try somewhere else!

Dropped off my laundry here for the first time. The clothes that typically cost me $ 35 anywhere in PB cost me $ 63 at Daisy’s. I’ll be off to the next place!

Took a comforter there to be cleaned and when picked up i took it home without taking it out of bag until weather was cold enough to put on my bed. When I opened it and put it on my bed, I discovered it had NOT been cleaned and the drool marks had NOT been sprayed or spot cleaned. I returned comforter and asked to clean again and the lady there got very hostile with me, she and her husband were talking in their native language and were shouting at me that my comforter smelled like doggy poop and she kept sniffing the comforter and yelling at me. After 5 min. of arguing she agreed to clean one more time at no charge. After 3 days I went back to pick it up and as I was taking it out of bag to check before I left she grabbed it from me, sniffed it again and said still smell like doggy poop. I told her there never was any doggy poop on it and that I will never do business with them again and that I don’t believe they ever cleaned it in the first place and she said «good»! Grabbed my comforter and left. She stood there watching me and smiling when I left.

I dropped off my wedding dress here several weeks ago and never got a call indicating it was ready to be picked up. I contacted them asking if my dress was ready, and the woman I spoke with never asked my name, but told me to pick up Wednesday? Left me sort of confused. They don’t seem to have that great of follow up. Would have liked a call at least!

They were very efficient and did a great job! We will be back

I have no idea how this place has this many stars! This is the unfriendliest place I have ever taken my clothing to. My husband and I used to bring our dry cleaning here but I am tired of being looked at like I’m inconveniencing someone every time I come in. These people will roll their eyes at you, talk crap on you in their language and basically have the worst customer service EVER!!! Never again will I go here and bring them my business! I really didn’t want to give any stars but I have to in order to save my review.

I love this place. I switched over from a different cleaners and this place is way better. Great work and friendly staff. I am now a regular.

Easy location (right next to Albertson’s) and the guy at the front was really polite. He told me that if I prepay I would get 10% off but was sure to tell me I don’t have to prepay if I choose not to. I don’t honestly get dry cleaning too often but when I do I’ll go here. Knocked off one star because they seemed a little pricey — three sweaters, one rayon dress, one shirt, one top for $ 30 (with the 10% prepay discount).
