We took a few clothing items here at the beginning of the year and weren’t impressed. As others have mentioned, the customer service at this location is lacking. I don’t necessarily expect all smiles at a given business, yet some conversation is always appreciated. The prices are in the middle — expensive to some and reasonable to others, but I’d call it overpriced. Our clothes were ready on time. We’re not fans of the fragrance or whatever it is used during the cleaning process.

TODAYWASTHEFINALSTRAW– I have been a customer to this place for over 4 years and was completely outraged after today’s pick up. I dropped off 17 items last week and picked up 24 hours later as usual… When I unpackaged my items at home, 1 mens button down dress shirt had a huge iron grease or burn mark on the collar that was NOT there @ drop off. The next day I took my receipt and shirt back and with no question was told no charge come back tomorrow. Went back next day, no shirt, was told to come back in 2 days. I went in today and was told the shirt was not fixable bc I caused the blood stain on the collar? Um WHAT? I looked at the lady and laughed and said no this is not a blood stain, this is an iron burn or grease caused by your machine, held up the shirt that clearly showed the burn mark and stared at her. She reiterated not once but 3 times I caused the stain. I asked her what her policy was on damaged items caused by them and she said you caused the stain… Completely taken back at her lack of communication & English skills I politely said… I’m sorry you lost all my business and I will be telling all my co-workers to go elsewhere. DONOT go here!!! Spend an extra buck and go elsewhere if you want your clothes actually back in one piece!

This dry cleaner was incredibly disappointing due to the following factors: (1) My clothes do not smell clean at all! They have an odd odor that smells… dirt-like. What is the point of going to the dry *cleaner* if your clothes do not arrive either odorless or with a clean scent? I decided to risk it and wash them in the delicate cycle rather than risking returning them to the cleaners and having them smell even worse. (2) My blouses and pants have shrunk. Again, the whole point of the dry cleaner is for your clothes to return clean and in the same condition. (3) My skirt has a sharp crease where it was pressed and I haven’t been able to iron it out all the way. However, they did remove the stains. So…1 star for that. I will not be returning, and instead I’ll be on the search for an eco-friendly dry cleaner that ensures clothes are cleaned and returned in excellent condition.

I have been using this cleaners for almost ten years. Well today was my last time that I will go there, or to any of the University Cleaners. When I was dropping my clothes off today I was asked to sign the back of the copy of the store receipt. I asked for what, and was informed that I had to sign a release for them not being responsible for my silk Tommy Bahamasshirts. I questioned that right away, I mean why would I release the cleaners from responsibility for dry cleaning my silk shirt? Isn’t that why we get silk dry cleaned to start with?! The lady informed me that her store owner was no longer going to be responsible for Tommy Bahama shirts since the company that they send the clothes to has messed up two customers shirts. I asked if I could have a copy of what I was asked to sign, and was told that I could not since it was on the back of the third copy of the store receipt and I was given a copy of the middle receipt. I informed her that I would not give them my clothes if they are not going to be responsible for them. Nor would I be able to continue doing business with a company that would not be responsible for their customers goods. If you value your clothes don’t go here since they don’t value your clothes. They only want your money. There is a lot of competition in the cleaners market and I will give my money to another company from now on.

DONOTGOTOTHISCLEANER!!! After being a loyal customer for years, I will never return. Last week I dropped off 11 items to be cleaned and returned on Friday to pick them up. They had 10 of my items and told me that 1 shirt was not ready and to return on Saturday. I said that I would be unable to return on Saturday, but would be in on Monday. When I arrived on Monday, one of the regular employees took my ticket and could not locate my shirt. I described the shirt, but she could not find it. As I stood there wondering what to do, the other regular employee came in and she was wearing a shirt that was identical to my «missing» shirt. I said, «my shirt looks just like that one.» She told me she would check on the van and that I should come back tomorrow??? I suppose there is a possibility that she had a similar shirt, but I really doubt it. I will not be going back and I guess she has herself a new shirt.

Dependable service. Fast. Efficient. No small talk. $ 1.25/shirt if you bring in 10. What more could you want?

I’ve since moved on to a different dry cleaner. This place did not do my uniforms right several times after my post and since they do not do any of the pressing there, they were unable to fix them and STILL charged me even though it was no were near done ok. I’m not picking but I paid for a product several times that I did not receive. The only reason it’s not one is because all times before my last experiences were good.

You’ll be hard pressed to get a smile from anyone here, but they do a decent job at a reasonable price.

This place does an alright job. As other have stated, this lady who watches a form of soap operas in some foreign language very loudly, is not very nice. But whatever. The place looks really upscale from outside but inside it looks like the dumpiest dry cleaners ever. The actual job is executed somewhere in the middle, hence the 3 stars. I have definitely had much better dry cleaners virtually anywhere, but I have had worse dry cleaners and at least this place is cheap. I guess you get what you pay for.

This is my dry-cleaning spot. Why am I reviewing a dry cleaning establishment? Well, I keep coming back even though the woman who runs it doesn’t say anything to me, grunts as Kari wrote, but says«tomorrow after four.» Let me tell you, my stuff has always been ready tomorrow after four unless I’m dropping off on a Saturday. It is just nice to take an armful of dress shirts and chuck them all over the counter in a wadded mess. Then come back the next day have all of them laundry washed, pressed, hanged, all for a $ 1.10 a shirt. The tomorrow after four lady does a great job.

Ok… so seriously… this place is run by the most unfriendly woman I have ever met. I don’t think that once in the times I have been there, has she ever actually said anything to me. I do get some grunts though… Guess it doesn’t really matter… I just need my clothes dry cleaned properly which this place does. Reasonable pricing and there is a special if you bring in more than 10 items.
