Jason & Charlene are new owners of Style Cleaners & Alterations as of November 2012. The change in team ownership has built Style Cleaners to an upscale dry cleaning enterprise. We are committed to the excellence of garment care and our entirestaff is focused on exceeding customer’s expectations.

At Style Cleaners, every garment receives couture level treatment. Our highly-​trained staff, ensure optimal quality control with complete on-​site services, including eco-​friendly/​organic dry cleaning and laundering, pressing, tailoring, alterations, and garment restoration.

First I was just so happy to actually find a place that was willing to put a new liner in my jacket (four other places turned me away) but they did such a great job and I didn’t lose the inside pockets! And to top it off, the price was in the range that I was expecting it to be! And the icing on the cake… the two different gals I encountered there were super friendly.

Obviously, I don’t write many Unilocal reviews but since the first time I walked into this place they really blew me away and continue to do so every time I have returned.
The employees here, especially Judy really take pride in providing the best customer service possible. Not only is it the best customer service experience I’ve had at a cleaners but it might be the best customer service I’ve received period. Really professional, positive, welcoming, helpful people working here. Not to mention their services are outstanding, and the pricing is really affordable. I don’t even live in Santee but it’s worth the drive to me to get the great customer service and perfect cleaning and alterations. Love this place. Would give 10 stars if I could.

Thank you for taking the time to share feedback on my earlier posting. I am glad that I had a chance to meet you at the store when I picked up some hemmed slacks. The gal who I spoke with at the temporary location from my first visit (while the main store was being repaired) was really nice and helpful. I hope you guys stick around for a while because the friendly customer service is excellent.
We’re fortunate to have a reliable seamstress/​tailor conveniently located and I’ll definitely be back for dry cleaning services in the future.

I have come here a handful times for a number of different items, and this place has yet to disappoint t. They always deliver quality service and a good price. They have accommodated all of my special requests, and they have done so with a smile on their face. They are also very quick about how long they take to launder. Also, I paid $ 40 to have 23 shirts pressed, which to me is a bargain.

I don’t have much need for a dry cleaner because most of my wardrobe is what you might call drip and dry, jeans T-​shirts, that kind of stuff.
But I do have a couple suits, and 1 tux and it is nice to have them done professionally and at a very very reasonable price. $ 10.00 was all it cost for my tux.
They also do alterations, and all the work is done on premises.

If I could give this business 10 stars I would. Amazing customer service !!! Charlene is the nicest lady I’ve ever met. She altered my partners wedding dress and my outfit perfectly and had it ready for us within days and at an affordable price. I will be coming here for all my future alterations.

Style Cleaners & Alterations are amazing! I started going to them when I moved to Santee and have always been happy with their work. However recently they went above and beyond. Long story short I was in a bind and at 7pm I found out I needed a suit dry cleaned for a presentation the very next day. Before heading out to buy a new suit I gave them a call on the off chance they could help… I was shocked when they answered the phone and even more shocked when they said that I could drop off my suit and they’d have it ready by 10am the next morning. The next morning I showed up right at 10am and it was waiting for me. They were so kind and I’m really thankful I found such an amazing dry cleaner!

Fabulous customer service. I had an outfit altered here. It wasn’t what I wanted but I didn’t have time to have it re-​done. Maybe I could have been more clear of what I wanted, so that’s my fault. They did have it done on time and the price was reasonable.

We took my boyfriend’s work uniform to get dry cleaned and it was our first time here. First off the pricing are ridiculously cheap and reasonable. We brought in a button up, 2 slacks, a jacket and a tie to get done ($ 23). They did a great job sewing the tie and jacket for us and they military pressed all of them! His button up turned out really good because in some areas, they were marked up with dirt. They took off all the dirt from the collar and the cuffs on both side. His shirt looks brand new, pure white! Everything was done in such an amazing job, more than we expected!
Also! Judy is such a sweet person! She’s very helpful and makes you feel welcomed.

This place is fantastic. Outstanding customer service and the prices are very reasonable. I had a number of clothing items altered and each was done perfectly. My dry cleaning involved starching my shirts and they turned out better than I expected based on other experiences with dry cleaners. They even keep track of your preferences so they don’t have to ask you each time.

Their alterations and cleaning are amazing. I’ve had a blouse, a jacket, and two pairs of pants hemmed and repaired and they are amazing. And I’ve had bags cleaned by them, and they have never been cleaner.
The owners are great. It’s a family owned shop and they are great.
Totally a great place and great prices.
