History

Established in 2012.

Sue Carrell is the Broker and has been conducting property management practices since 2006 after spending many years in real estate sales. She opened her own brokerage January 2012 after working in a different office in association with another broker. The office is currently managing over 90 homes and is growing rapidly as the need for personalized assistance in this field becomes ever more apparent. Sue is a proud member and State Chapter Board Member for the National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM​.com) which prides itself in ethical and professional business practices.

Business Owner

Sue Carrell began her real estate career in 1970 in Marin County. Within three years she was awarded the Annual Sales Associate Award by the Marin County Board of Realtors. This award was in recognition of the work that Sue did the previous year when she established an «intern» program at the local community college to educate and inform college-​level students about the benefits of choosing real estate as a career choice. Sue moved to Mendocino in 1973 to sign papers on a Victorian house in the town of Mendocino (built in 1882). She and her husband renovated it into an award-​winning Bed and Breakfast Inn on the Mendocino Coast. (www​.Mac​Cal​lum​House​.com). It was the first B&B to open in the town and was featured in Sunset Magazine.

After raising her family, Sue returned to Santa Rosa real estate in 2003 and decided to specialize in property management in 2007.

She was elected Secretary of the State Chapter of the National Assoc. of Residential Property Managers (NARPM​.com) in 2013
