linnea and rich were recommended to me by a friend, and as a result, i owe that friend, big time. i dealt with linnea (mostly) and rich on both the sale of a unique property and the search, finding, and purchase of another. their knowledge, ability, and understanding of my needs were superb. i especially appreciate their patience and ability to deal with my neurotic behaviour throughout the entire process. if you want a realtor that actually listens to what your needs and wants are, you can’t go wrong using these two fine people. finally, don’t be surprised if, on top of everything else, you gain two good friends out of the experience.
