I called Joe on Sunday & left a message. He called me within 30 minutes. Sunday? Even though his site said he was open I expected a call the next day. We talked about what I had & made an appt. He & Lee were at my house on time, loaded up likity split. I also had a project I needed done & asked him if he could recommend someone. He said «let me take a look». I knew it took knowledgeable skill — he was masterful. We agreed on a price & within 30 minutes job DONE. I’ve had a rough few months & I will never forget this kindness. If you need some junk removed quickly and efficiently, these are the guys to call! I had some large items that have been pilling up on my patio over the last year. The main thing I needed gone was my Direct TV satellite dish (not on the roof, but attached to the fence). They busted out their tools and out it out of there in no lime.
Joe and his associate were friendly and professional! It was also affordable, and saved me the headache of having to borrow a truck and make a dump run myself. I highly recommend their services!

Totally professional!
Reliable Joe lives up to his name — and he’s also friendly, responsive, and capable. We had a mixed load of old deck wood out by Tomales Bay and he & his helper managed to cart it off in one go as scheduled, and dispose of it responsibly. I couldn’t have asked for better service. If you require a hauler, this is the man to go to.

I tried Reliable Joe’s for the first time last week to help me clean out my garage that had some very old and dirty junk left in it from the previous home owner and I had recently come to the conclusion that me hauling that stuff by myself to the junk yard was not going to happen. I read reviews on Unilocal and decided to call Joe’s to remove a pile of garbage we had been accumulating for some time. Joe worked with my schedule, he showed up with his helpers. They were fast and efficient and reasonably priced. We ended up having alot more than I thought we did but it was no problem for Joe. They took everything in one load. He was friendly and they cleaned up everything.

Joe was extremely responsive with a quick turn around time from call to haul.
We called and within an hour he returned our call and within two hours our garbage load was loaded up.
Joe, his wife and his son were all extremely pleasant, communicative, and efficient.
They explained the requirements for disposal of different types of waste at the dump and understand California regulations designed to ensure that hazardous waste is disposed of properly which protects all of us, ultimately.

Affordable, Quick & Friendly!
Joe and his right hand man were at our house just a few hours after we called. They helped load up all our junk and recyclables. Joe was able to give us an estimate of cost before taking off the dump/​recycle site– you pay after he has been to the dump.

I had finished landscaping my backyard and had 2 to 3 yards of dirt and rocks in my driveway… called Joe… gave him a pix… he gave a quote… he was flexible… I thought… to myself lets get it done… the day he came to pick up the dirt he said the quote is too high… lowered it by 30%…I was prepared to pay more… the driveway was cleaned… I had a few neighbors even comment how efficient they were… this is a great service.

I’d call Joe again in a New York minute.
We were clearing out our Petaluma home in preparation for selling it. Our furniture was old and not worth moving to the new place. Here’s what I liked about Reliable Joe’s service:
1) Pre-​Arrival communication was great. A little fine-​tuning of arrival time was needed and that part worked out smoothly.
2) They’re professional. I was all stressed out over the move. When I saw Joe back the truck and trailer into our driveway and get it straight on the first try I knew we had found somebody who knew what he was doing.
3) They listened to what we were telling them, the first time. We didn’t waste time going back with «don’t take that, but do take this». Joe and Javier got it right.
4) Considering the amount of effort they exerted and time spent the price was most favorable.
