I had an AMAZING experience at this shop.
Let me begin with, this was not my first choice to drive all the way out to Sonoma. My wedding party and I are from the East Bay and it was a trek to end up at this shop, but it was worth it. I went online and found that Stella York dresses were what I was looking for. The only shop in driving distance was a Touch of Class, so myself, my mother, maid of honor, and two bridesmaids drove almost two hours to get there. We were greeted by Becky who was lovely and I explained to her what I was looking for and gave her some style numbers of dresses I liked. She was knowledgeable and able to pulled them in a number of minutes. She also let my bridal clan run around and pick out dresses they thought were suited for me! After about two hours of trying on dresses we got down to three that were all gorgeous! She allowed me to try on the dresses as many times as needed before I decided on the right one! Finally, I decided and ended up purchasing a sample dress! I would have never thought I would pickup a dress off the rack. All in all I left incredibly happy as did my bridal party. I would highly suggest shopping here!

What I liked about this shop is that their salespeople and the shop exuded the ambiance of visiting your fancy aunt’s walk-​in closet. They got along with my mom and her friend swimmingly, so I think it was a good stop in the dress search, even if not ultimately where I ended up finding a dress.
They also took a very practical approach to the search, giving us a few tags for dresses we liked, and pointing out sale items and the room where I was more likely to find a style I liked. Once we had a few that looked interesting, we got to trying them on. Our salesperson also brought a few after I’d tried on some of the ones I’d picked, and to her credit they were a lot closer than «suggestions based on what I’ve liked so far» at other stores.
While none of them was The Dress (and I also appreciated the wise understanding of the salesperson who «could tell» nothing really struck me), I found the service helpful and friendly. I even got an e-​card a few days later from them congratulating me on the upcoming wedding.

The best first experience EVER. My sister made a last minute appt, while I was in town for the day. I didnt want to start looking at dresses because I just didnt know what to expect. Judy was absolutely great. She was so sweet and was running around the whole time!
She had us walk around and select 10 dresses for me to try on. Since it was my first time, I really had no idea of what I wanted. I tried on dresses of all styles. Judy was patient and accommodating the whole time.
I would HIGHLY recommend this place to anyone looking for a great personal experience.

I came racing in to A Touch Of Class with my daughters prom dress in hand and two days before the dance. I had been told by two other places they couldn’t do the alterations in time, and even if they could they would charge 230 $ to fix. To cut off a dress and tuck in??? My daughter was in tears. As soon as we walked into this shop we were swept up by the owner and the seamstress. They were GRACIOUS and upbeat and said they could pull this alteration off NO PROBLEM. What a switch from what WCB told us. We went back next day to a perfect dress, a happy daughter, and a reasonable bill. Anna Rosa, the seamstress was AN ANGEL. As I’ve always told my kid, everyone loves a Can Do attitude. I am GRATEFUL and will return. Customer service? Finally!

I came October 2014 to pick my Bridal dress for my wedding on ⁹⁄₂₀₁₅. I was completely happy they had the dress I wanted! The search for my dress began online and when I found the dress was only sold in London I was sad, luckily the website had a link of boutiques that sold that line of dresses in California touch of class being one of them. I tried on 10 dresses just to try them on because I knew what I wanted and by then, the tenth dress being an Ellis Bridal dress being my selection. I ordered the dress in December by March my dress was here. Got it altered in September 3 weeks before my wedding and was completely in love with the final result. Let me just say Ana Rosa is amazing!!! She altered my dress beautifully. Because I had to get a big size and then lost weight she was able to fit the dress to my body and did a spectacular job! Simply amazing! Over all I spent a fortune but I love the dress I got and would have spent that much in a flash! Thank you for making my dreams come true!

I can not express in words alone how unhappy I am with this bridal shop. Well for starters, we chose these bridesmaids gowns for my best friend’s wedding because it was identical to our initial pick, but this dress included alterations, if needed. Yet, I ended up paying $ 80 for alterations. I am FULLY aware that I am a tall woman, so extra length is something I am accustomed to purchasing, not XX-​Length. I was sized TWICE and was told that I would need to pay an additional $ 40 for XX-​length. The dress arrived and they chopped nearly 6 inches of material off of my gown. I can not understand why I was charged for something I never needed. A couple other bridesmaids told the EXACT SAME STORY to me, so this seems like a game they run to get a little extra cash out of customers. Yes, we live a nice area that is known for some WEALTHY, high-​end people, but some of us don’t have $ 80 to chop up and throw away! It is tacky, tasteless, and unprofessional for a business to be doing this to people. Maybe once or twice they can make an honest mistake, but for THREE ladies of the same bridal party to have the exact same story about being scammed is just WRONG! They need to find a different way to make a little extra cash because I will tell everyone I know to NEVER EVER come to this bridal shop. Like ever. This is not the way to get loyal customers. Shame on you Touch of Class!!!

IRRITATED! The staff was great when we went in to look at dresses but my dressed arrived and I didn’t get a call til 6 weeks later them asking why I haven’t been in to pick up my dress. Claims they called the other bridesmaid I said ok great but what does that have to do with me when our orders were totally separate? She said I don’t know but can I get your card info to pay off your dress. I replied um that’s a NO I haven’t even seen the dress you guys can wait another day since I’m at work right now. She said I had to pay it off now when I said no I don’t if I don’t want it I don’t have to pay for the rest of it at all. I told her they messed up didn’t even call me until 6 weeks later after my dress got there and come to find out they didn’t even call the other woman either. I’m so mad and expected me to pay for it cause she didn’t want to wait another day for real? I’ve waited for 6 extra weeks you can wait another day. I won’t be going to this place again because of this.

The dresses were amazing. The issue is with what the bridal party was promised and what we got. We were all «measured» in the store and told to order a size which was at minimum 3 sizes larger than our usual dress size. We questioned it but were convinced the dresses ran small by the staff. This happened for all 6 bridesmaids.
Once our dresses were delivered and we tried them on, not one of the girls’ dresses fit; they were all too big. We asked why all of our dresses too large, and they said that’s how it’s always done. Then they proceeded to charge all of us a LOT of extra money for alterations. If we were able to just order our sizes instead of getting «measured» by the seamstress, most of our dresses would have fit perfectly without alterations.
After accepting the fact we would have to pay extra, it took 4 months to get the dresses altered. I did one check in to make sure my dress measurements were OK a few weeks before the wedding since they STILL hadn’t finished alterations, and it was pinned and ready to go and fit me well. Then, mine was not ready until ONE WEEK before the wedding!!! I went to try it on and it was still way too large even after the alterations that were supposed to make it fit me.
I ended up wearing too large of a dress for the wedding because they couldn’t fix it in time for the wedding. I was extremely disappointed paying over 50% of the dress cost just for alterations.

Went here with my fiancée and tried on a few dresses.
The experience was okay, but just no selection and their displays are soo lacking. Very disappointed in accessories and the Tuxedo portion, their CS was atrocious. They gave me the impression my husband could not get something good looking. People working the tuxedo side didn’t seem to care about our opinion.
They put me in two dresses. Neither looked great on me. I wish they had chosen something else for my figure.

The first time I went it in, the lady who helped me was very sweet and helpful. I asked how much the alterations would be and she saiid they were included in the price. For this reason, I was willing to pay a little more cause I loved the dress. Then when I went in for the alterations, it was a different lady and seamstress and said I had to pay an additional $ 155. Now while the lady was nice, I’m upset because I was only told I’d have to pay for the jacket to be made. They need to be on the same page! I explained to the lady that the person who helped me said the alterations were included in the dress, and she said that she is «working with her» in trying to be more clear with clients. Not my problem! I was told something and they should honor that!!! If I knew this is how I would be treated, I would not have purchased the dress. Very unhappy with what my experience is turning into.

The owner is extremely accommodating and kind. She will build a relationship with you and do her best to make your experience fun and find the perfect dress for your occasion. A small mom and pop business and you will get that personal touch of class service!

When I was shopping for my dress, I tried on probably over 50 dresses and visited every shop in the area. There are only 2 shops that I would recommend and A Touch of Class is one of them. Shopping for a dress felt very similar to shopping for a car. People that sell wedding gowns are like vultures. Most don’t give you space and tell you things look good when they obviously don’t. At A Touch of Class, I NEVER felt like that. They honed in on the styles I liked, gave me space and honest opinions. They have beautiful gowns at fair prices and I like that they take care of them and don’t just step on them and drag them all over the floor like I’ve seen at other places. I found the perfect dress for me and was able to have the wedding of my dreams. Thank you for having the perfect dress for me!

My bridesmaids and I had a great experience at A Touch of Class. I had already bought my wedding dress when we went there, but I wish I had bought my wedding dress from them, because the experience was so great. One of the best things about this store is that they include basic alterations in the price of the dress, i.e. strap adjustments and hemming. This is worth hundreds of dollars, so that in itself makes it worth it to shop at Touch of Class. Their in-​house seamstress also does an amazing job. We added straps to the strapless bridesmaid dresses based on a photo, and she got them exactly right, listening carefully to our description of what we wanted and making sure they were perfect. My sister’s dress was about two sizes too big when it arrived, and Judy, the owner, covered the (considerable) cost of having the bust and waist taken in, since my sister had been advised by her salesperson to buy that size. The seamstress did a fabulous job, and the dress ended up looking like it was custom-​made for my sister. Overall, I was really impressed by the service at Touch of Class, and by Judy’s commitment to customer satisfaction.

I highly recommend this bridal shop! My ideas from dress and color combinations came ton life, and Judy made everyone in my bridal party comfortable and happy throughout the process. Also, we were so happy to get the taxes here as well. They made it so easy and fun, and every one looked great on wedding day!!!

I accompanied my sister on her recent trip to find her wedding dress. The experience at A Touch of Class Bridal Shop was great! We worked with Kristina and she was amazing! She was knowledgable, personable and very honest. My sister had a lot of questions about alterations, and she was able to let us know what would and would not work. I highly recommend working with her!
Their dress selection is great. A majority of their dresses in the store (to try on) are in off-​white, so just be prepared if you have your heart set on trying dresses in true white. However, rest assured that they can order many of their styles in true white.
Stylists don’t work on commission, so their focus is making sure you actually love the dress! I recommend this shop if you are looking for a relaxing, pressure-​free experience!

After having a not-​so-​great experience at another bridal store, I came across A Touch of Class. THANK GOODNESS!
I stopped in once before my actual appointment, just to get an idea of what they offered, and was impressed. When I came back for my appointment, I brought the whole gang with me (a total of 6 people, 7 including myself) and they were very accommodating. I had selected a few favorites from my previous visit and then let my family/​friends choose a few. I tried on a total of about 5 – 7 dresses and on a scale of 1 – 10 (10 being THE wedding dress), ALL of them were an 8 or above! Even this puffy one that I tried on just to please my sister ended up being a runner up! By the end of the appointment, I had found my dream dress, along with the perfect accessories, and had a great wedding dress experience with my family/​friends!
Overall: Great selection, budget friendly (I got everything I needed for under $ 1,700), nice staff
I have been suggesting this place to everyone and I hope they continue to do well! :)

I just bought my wedding dress from A touch of class bridal. They are so helpful and not pushy. I like being able to try things on and not feel pressured to buy. My bridal consultant Christine was awesome, listened to my needs and delivered big time. I highly recommend A touch of class bridal! Try them out you won’t be sorry … Oh by the way they have a huge selection of dresses and private dressing rooms. I had in my mind I was going to buy a particular dress but ended up with another dress that cost a lot less and I love it!

We went to a different bridal shop before this one and this one blew the other out of the water. We were instantly greeted and welcomed to the shop. Kristina was assisting us and she made us feel at home, welcome to try anything on, and happy! She made the experience fantastic! We tried on a ton of dresses and Kristina never lost her patience or fun spirit. We found a wedding dress that day and ordered it!!! They have great discounts and we will be buying suits and bridesmaid dresses from here as well! Definitely come here if you need any bridal outfits!
Thought things were great but I was wrong. The basic alterations that come with the dress are only a hem and a strap check. Our dresses did not fit and we were charged for having extra length and a hem ripped. After this I would not go back I would just get a dress elsewhere and have my own alterations lady do it because that would be cheaper and less stressful!

In February we purchased my daughter’s wedding dress and my other daughter’s maid of honor dress. When the dresses were purchased we were told by the store’s employee (who by the way is no longer at the store) that basic alterations would be covered. When my daughters went into the bridal store this week to have the alterations done, my daughter (the bride) was told the alterations would NOT be covered on her dress.
This bridal store is NOT a touch of class. I called to share my disappointment and the owner, Judy, was not interested in making this misunderstanding right. In fact, since the employee was no longer working at her store she could not verify that this was accurate… so much for believing the customer.
Their website states: Our price includes basic alterations!
SOOOO misleading!!! It doesn’t say ‘except bridal dresses’.
So buyers be aware. Verbal promises may be made to get you to buy the dress but they will not follow through with the promises and they never believe the customer.
