Greg Privitelli is an outstanding Real Estate agent.
My partner and I just bought a house. Greg was the listing agent representing the seller. As a Real Estate agent myself, I can’t say how great it was working with Greg through the entire process. He almost always answered his phone when I called, and if he was unavailable I had a call back within the hour. His communication was a 10 out of 10. His knowledge of the neighborhood and the house could not be matched. He was able to help with renovation concepts and was able to help us really vision what the house could be when remodeled. I felt that Greg worked honestly and ethically while reviewing multiple offers, and continued to help move our accepted offer toward a closing.
Greg is relaxed, calm and patient. He was able to make this difficult experience easy and comfortable for us. We never felt pressured. We felt informed and aware of every detail. Greg was meticulous and systematic through the process. We felt like this was a very cooperative effort where Greg worked very hard to represent his own client, while also guiding us toward our goal.

Greg is AWESOME! I have bought a few houses over the years and had to deal with multiple realtors. I was not impressed with the sales tactics I experienced and decided to get my Realtor’s license. I was making my first sell (on my home) when I met Greg on a multiple offers transaction. I was really impressed by Greg ability to listen and provide very helpful information for both his clients and myself. At the same time down to earth and extremely professional Greg gained my trust through the whole transaction, everything went super smoothly and I could always reach him and ask questions! If you’re looking to buy or sell your house, having him by your side is a HUGE advantage!

We loved working with Greg for several reasons. Below I have listed just a few of them…
He was professional and always available. He returned calls right away and was accessible ²⁴⁄₇ every step of the way and even afterwards. Months later, he has made himself available if we need anything. This is stepping far beyond my expectations for any real estate agent.
He understood the nuances and the contractual terms. You want someone like this on your side when buying a home. There were some forms that needed to be explained and some items that he told me were mandatory for the seller to clear up before we moved forward. I would not have known about these if he hadn’t pointed them out.
Additionally, what we really appreciated was that Greg helped to purchase our home as if it was his own. He took pictures and emailed them to me while i was traveling. He wasn’t just trying to get a deal done. He wanted to make sure we found the right home at a comfortable price and we could tell that he genuinely cared.
When it came time to make an offer, he made sure that all of the terms were in order. There was an easement which he helped to explain. There is construction which is currently being done. He has experience with building and renovations and he was able to explain everything to us– the costs of remodeling, GEOs, structural work, as-​builts etc in a way which was simple to understand. It was not an easy and fast close. there were 4 buyers in total and we were the ones who had our offer accepted, and I am sure Greg’s negotiating had a lot to do with that. We felt informed and on top of the situation at all times, from start to finish.
I am happy to give Greg this awesome review and I hope it will help him. I only have positive things to say about him as our experience has been excellent!

My wife and I have nothing but wonderful things to say about Greg. As first-​time homebuyers we were like a couple of tourists fresh of the plane in Prague — clueless and asking to be taken advantage of. Luckily, we had Greg by our side throughout the whole process. What we appreciated the most about Greg:
1) His patience — Greg is not going you rush you. He wants you to find the right house on your own time and he takes his time to explain every single detail of the process.
2) His experience — Greg’s been doing this for a long time and it shows. He knows what to look for when viewing a house and his experience with remodeling his own homes proved to be invaluable during our search. By explaining what is possible, ballpark costs and taking the time to explain what remodeling/​construction entails we felt so much better equipped to evaluate our options.
3) His accessibility — If we hadn’t seen him in the sun so many times I would wonder if he’s a vampire. He answers his phone and email day-​and-​night. Seriously, you can always get a hold of him and Greg encourages any and all questions or concerns.
4) His work ethic — Greg works hard for you and makes you a priority. And honestly, we were probably at the very low end of the kind of homes he helps to transact but that didn’t matter because we always felt taken care of. He’s honest and he didn’t let us get blinded and over eager with «home buyer beer goggles»
5) It’s Greg — Very cool, relaxed guy and now a good friend
Bottom line is we needed a realtor who made us feel taken care of, someone who we could trust to catch every little detail that we might miss and who served as a trusted advisor for not only home buying but all things related to owning a home such as repairs, maintenance and remodeling. We closed a few weeks ago and he is still checking in to answer questions, review bids and sound off on our ideas.
