Very nice, professional and welcoming service. I had a nice ride to Santa Fe. I had to cancel my return, around five hours before the time scheduled, and they gave a refund of $ 20. that was nice from them.
I will use this company again and I recommend it.

I’ve taken this shuttle many times between Albuquerque and Santa Fe. The drivers have always been on time and courteous. One of the best drivers is Joaquin; he is exceptional. He is a very cautious driver, helps you with your luggage, is very polite, and can also give you advice about what to see and do in Santa Fe. Their website is also very easy to use for making new reservations.

Beware! This is possibly the only shuttle service that does not pick passengers up at the ABQ Sunport where every other shuttle stops. Also, please check your email carefully for pickup information as it is not included in the email itself, only the attached Word doc receipt (where you might not look for it unless you are printing it for your records).
Finally, do not expect to reach anybody on the phone — I missed an earlier shuttle because there is very little information about where to find the shuttle at the airport itself, or on the website. It is in fact the very last thing mentioned in the phone recording describing pickup locations, only after listening to an exhaustive list of details about Santa Fe.

Surly, impatient, ignorant and horrible. Working with the public and in any type of hospitality or tourism trade is optional, guys.

2. terrible attitudes in 2 of the three people working there
3. 10 minute wait to speak with anyone on the phone
4. rough driver charging around corners and speed bumps
5 incorrect drop off address and zero help meeting our host at another stop
6 no clue what the addresses are so I had to grab a neighboring businesses’ address of my smart phone to guess on my own
7 attitude about ‘anyone from Santa Fe would know’ — terrific, if we were from Santa Fe and not needing a shuttle that would accurate
8 where do I buy my ‘Anyplace but Sandia’ t-​shirt?

I do not recommend Sandia Shuttle Service as this is my second bad experience. I booked my reservation with Sandia 5 days ahead of time for an 1145pm pick up, there last pick time. My plane was late to arrive as there was another plane parked in our arrival gate in Albuquerque. I arrived 15 minutes late for my pick up time and Sandia shuttle left without me! I called there after hours and they said I should have notified them that I was late. My phone was turned on airplane mode for the flight so how could I have called. I did not once receive a message through email, text or a call that Sandia would not wait for me. As a transportation company you would think they would know my plane arrived 15 minutes late and that they would wait for me. The after hours customer service reppresentive at Sandia Shuttle said that they would send a cab and that this is the last time he would do this for me. This has never happened to me before! Horrible service… The cab took 1 hour to arrive and it is now 145am and I have work at 7am in Santa Fe. I am a very dissatisfied customer and will NEVER use their services again.
Not to mention the cab that picked me up, had a sharp metal object sticking out of the seat that I sat on. I can’t believe this company and their lack of organization.

For the price, I was expecting a bit of a nicer ride. They were on time, and the driver was friendly, but we were in a rather funky van. It’s nice that they offer door-​to-​door for many places, but their cancellation policy is a little unreasonable, in my opinion, considering the informality of the service.

Sandia shuttle express in Santa Fe told us to be ready at 3.45 pm for a 4pm pick up from our hotel to travel to Albuquerque airport. The driver called before four to say he would be ten or fifteen minutes late. When he didn’t show, I tried to reach him and the Sandia office, which took ages. Neither the driver nor the dispatcher offered an apology when the shuttle finally arrived at 5.24.
I understand it was a busy week (Indian Art Week), but a business has to be efficient (another Sandia shuttle van drove right past my hotel as we waited) and, especially when a mess-​up happens, courteous to customers,

The bus was crowded. The bus was delayed. The bus was dilapidated. The bus was slow. Never again.

Our trip from ABQ was fine and well organized. What really knocked us out was the return trip from Santa Fe to ABQ. They sent a cab for us as their buses were full. We had a quick trip with a great driver.
These guys gave us great customer service.

Very helpful staff, shuttle was punctual, the ride was comfortable. On the way back I had to switch shuttle times at the last minute, and they were very accommodating. I’d definitely recommend them, and I plan to use them again when I visit SF.

The in-​terminal staff are uniformly pleasant.
The walk up the ramp, a distance of two blocks, to the parking lot is not great.
The return driver came into the lobby of the Hilton to get me and LOUDLY ASKED IF I HAD GONE TO THE BATHROOM AS THERE WOULD BE NO STOPS. He was clearly trying to humiliate me.
Then, to top it off, he and another passenger, seated in the front seat, spent the hour long drive from Santa Fe to ABQ airport patting themselves on the back for their spiritual advancement. It is possible that the driver has overestimated his spiritual achievements.
This incident turned me off to this shuttle and to the City of Santa Fe.

Wtf! I came home to Santa Fe after a very long journey back from Italy. We got in 10 mins late. The shuttle driver said I was late and the other shuttle was already full and I would have to wait an hour for the next one. Kept checking in with him and he said I would have to wait for another one ! I was very upset and said how could you give my seat away if I have a reservation and made a bit if a scene. He then said he had no idea I had a reservation which is total bull because we were talking about it an hour before. My Mom just had the had the same type of experience last night as well which is why I feel compelled to write this. Hope management keeps a better eye on the driver’s. They are leaving clients behind! Luckily because of my experience my mom caught the driver before he left for the night! He was just going to leave her and 3 other people in ABQ ?! Ridiculous!

We had a reservation this morning for a 5:35am pick up at the Don Gaspar Inn in Santa Fe, one of their designated pick up locations. We got there early and waited until 6:20 or so. VAN NEVER SHOWED!!! We ended up having to drive to Albuquerque airport to make flight! There is no number to call before 7am and no driver calls you. So unprofessional it’s absurd. Of course my card has already been charged… Let’s see how easy a refund will be. UNREAL! Wish I could leave 0 stars.

this is for my return trip from SantaFe to the ABQ airprot on April 3^rd:
I had attended a conference in SFe — and the organzier had negotiated a rate for the attendees when they use Sandia Shuttle.
And I made both my bookings (to and from SantaFe) with reference to that conference rate. It worked fine, as agreed, on the trip TO SantaFe … but for the return trip they disregarded the agreement and charged me the full fee.
this is not ethical.
and the phone experience w/​their switchboard wasn’t too pleasant to begin with, thus I did not feel inclined to experience that rude chap again.
But I am posting this note to alert other customers —
no complaints for the ride from ABQ (except that long schlepp up the ramp to where they park the shuttle) — but their business practices seem shady to me …
they were probably hoping I wouldn’t notice that they charged me more than what we agreed upon.
Hopefully I won’t ever need to used them. Rental car might be the more attractive option.

Currently the only other game in town (other than Roadrunner), and they use it to their advantage to jack prices and deliver a subpar service. $ 28 one way is steep for an hour-​long trip relative to other metro areas; shuttles (11-​passenger vans) are typically full, so someone is raking in the cash (especially at the current $ 1.70 per gallon), and from the looks of them, it’s not the drivers.
Super super annoying is the required walk from the terminal up a long inclined walkway to a parking lot where the van is parked. Why can’t they pass through the terminal to pick up passengers like the hotel and rental car shuttles? I have to think it would cut too far into the owner’s bottom line. But I guess kids and elderly folks are really just s*it-outta-luck.
Adding insult to injury is their ownership (creating a monopoly) of the only Santa Fe taxi service in town (previously Capital City Cab, now vehicles are have Sandia Shuttle logos), so plan very carefully about where you need to be let off to meet a cab. In my case, staff at the airport convinced me that 1) they weren’t allowed to arrange a taxi pickup at a convenient hotel (since I wasn’t staying there) and 2) a rail station was the closest taxi pickup to my destination, when it resulted in a taxi ride over two miles longer than had it been at the hospital. This added up to more money I donated to Sandia Shuttle as what would have been an $ 20 cab ride became a $ 30 ride.
If you need further testimonials about the shadiness of this business model, look no further than the suspiciously «filtered» reviews. Many are from clearly reliable Unilocalers. Bottom line, you may be far better off renting a car in ABQ for what this shuttle + their cab service will cost you.
EDIT: another fun and far less expensive option, if you can time your flight, is to take the Rail Runner train up to Santa Fe. They offer a free shuttle between the airport and train station that is timed with the train schedule (and is far more pleasant than being crammed into a 11-​person van). You do have to stop at the nasty Albuquerque bus/​train depot to transfer between the shuttle and train, but only for a few minutes.

Very disappointing in shuttle service. Though driver polite, he was late and most upsetting there was no after hours number to call.— just a recording and at the very end— a number that was disconnected. Did make it on time, but cannot in good conscious recommend to fellow travelers.

This is the best shuttle service! I will never rent a car or use another shuttle to get between ABQ and Santa Fe. It is so efficient and smooth. It is easy to book and easy to catch. In Santa Fe, it will pick you up at any of the hotels around there or a public location if you aren’t at a hotel. The drivers are also exceptional. Great personalities and just helpful.

There were some good things about Sandia Shuttle, for instance, they were willing to change the time I was picked up on only a day’s notice, and they were prompt. But there were also some things that left me very disappointed.
Upon pickup at the airport, we had to trudge up a long hill with our luggage to a parking lot where they park their van. No curbside pickup as I would have assumed we’d have with an airport shuttle service.
Then on the return, we asked if they could drop us off at our airport hotel as we were not flying out until early the next morning. Nope. They can’t do it, even though the hotel is about 2 minutes from the airport. They cited regulations prohibiting them from off airport drop off, but I’ve ridden Super Shuttle many times over the years and they never had this issue.
The shuttle driver drove like a maniac, even though we were running a bit ahead of schedule and nobody had a time issue. He tailgated vehicles, weaved in and out of lanes — it was a nail biter ride from Santa Fe to ABQ, I can tell you.
The final straw was the drop off at the airport. Since he wouldn’t drop us at the hotel I asked the driver if he could drop us off at the airport where the hotel shuttle would pick us up. No problem, he said. But instead he dropped us off on the upper level far from the hotel shuttle area.
I unloaded all my own bags from the van, and I wasn’t happy that my wife and I would have to lug our bags into the terminal, down escalators, and walk half-​way down the concourse to get to the hotel shuttle pickup area. Yet the Sandia Shuttle driver couldn’t understand why I had an issue, I guess, as he waited impatiently for his tip. He stood next to me tapping his foot finally shoving receipts in my hand and looking expectantly for the moola. Really?
As we gathered our luggage, the shuttle van literally peeled out to take the remaining passengers to the Southwest check in. Hopefully they didn’t get whiplash, but I’m guessing the driver gave them an earful on what a jerk I was. But I wasn’t a jerk at all — I just don’t tip for lousy service.
I can’t blame Sandia for their drop off policies (I should have asked when I booked), but I do fault them for reckless driving and for making us drag our luggage so far both coming and going. I’ll choose another shuttle next time, or maybe I’ll just go back to renting a car. It costs more, but I don’t have to deal with shoddy service.

This company is the worst shuttle company I have ever dealt with.
I made reservations 3 months in advance for a round trip shuttle ride from/​to ABQ airport to Four Seasons Encantado. On the reservation confirmation receipt, it said that I will be dropped off at «Encantado Concierge Lounge».
I was picked up at the airport promptly. There were 4 other parties riding with us. After a while, the driver stopped in front of an empty building somewhere in downtown Santa Fe. I thought someone else is getting off here, but he told us to get off. I was surprised because the Encantado Concierge is nowhere to be found.
According to the driver, this is where the Encantado Concierge used to be located, but they are no longer at this location. Well, then why am I being dropped off here? The driver told me to call the hotel and have them pick me up. It was just ridiculous. There was no communication from the shuttle company that they would be dropping me off at an empty building.
