I contacted Royal Carpet Cleaning about coming to a place just outside of the city and at Christmas time. They were wonderful about it, had appointments available right up til Christmas, and their price was the best I found. They were ALSO wonderful when at the very last minute I cancelled and had to reschedule.
Prompt responses online. Prompt service. Carpet was finished in an hour (one bedroom, hallway, living room)
Drying time was «four to eight hours». It was really eight hours, and even then a FEW spots felt damp to the touch so I didn’t drag most of my furniture back in until the next morning.
They got a weird stain out (looked permanent; roommate said it was butter) and the carpet looked great overall.
So to summarize: great price, prompt customer service, quality cleaning.

They were awesome! Have had pee stains in my carpet going back two years because of our dogs that I was unable to get out with my carpet shampooer and they got them out. They also worked with me on the price. They were very professional and nice both on the phone and in person. I would definitely use them again.

I have had two sofas done by Royal Carpet Cleaning. I was blown away both times by their work! They did an outstanding job and were equally professionally outstanding. The second sofa I had them do was a leather sofa and I was surprised to learn that they are one of the only companies that offers leather upholstery cleaning in our area. They did an amazing job on it! I purchased the sofa off craigslist and would never have guessed that it could look like this afterwards! They transformed what looked like a leather sofa that had been sitting in a college dorm for the last ten years into something that I am actually proud to sit clients on in my office! I will be using them for any furniture, tile or other services they provide whenever I need them in the future. I highly recommend them for anyone in need of similar services. Thank you!

I’ve had my carpets cleaned MANY times by Royal Carpet Cleaning, I have 2 dogs and 1 cat along with a very messy little brother, so I’ve had some smelly bad stains before in my carpet.
Royal Carpet Cleaning has NEVER been late or kept me waiting on the days I’ve scheduled for them to come out! Always Friendly, Perfect service! I can trust Royal Carpet Cleaning in with ease in my home that all my valuables are safe and protected. Every stain and scent I have ever had gone! Lol

We were very pleased with the job done by Neil and his helper. They moved most of our furniture and ensured that stains were properly treated. Our carpets look better than we thought was possible (especially after the terrible job another company did that left it looking worse than ever). The price was very reasonable given the amount of work.

I had my carpets cleaned because I was moving out of my apartment of 4 years. I was not the best at keeping it clean and was 95% sure that my land lords were going to have to replace my carpet. But Neil did such an AMAZING job. When I saw them, I was just so amazed. I will recommend him to anyone.

My carpets and tile look great and the service was very professional and friendly. Would definitely recommend.
