Established in 2013.

Founder and owner, Evan Landy, is a Southern

California native who has been providing luxury

transportation for individuals, groups, executives,

and V.I.Ps for over two and half decades. He recognizes

that discretion is paramount for the privacy of

all of ELC’s clients. We are consistently referred by our

clientele to their friends and associates.

Evan Landy is the founder and sole owner of ELC, Inc. Mr. Landy is highly knowledgeable about the Southern California region and the needs of the segment that his business is being designed to serve. His commitment to client service and his passion for ELC are nothing less than exceptional. Mr. Landy has spent 24 years driving for a variety of high profile clients from entertainment, sports and beyond. Trust is a major factor that has allowed him to develop strong bonds with these persons as they have come to realize that the time they spend and the conversations that are had during this time are shared with no one. During his career, he has also worked at some of the largest limousine services in the region, including
