Established in 1986.

I have been a practicing Realtor since 1986 when I was a 24 years old. I started out as a residential broker and branched out in to investment properties in the late 90’s. I have helped hundreds and hundreds of sellers and buyers with their real estate needs. I have worked for major companies such as Jon Douglas Company and Keller Williams Realty. I also started and ran my own firm — Digital Realtor Westside Properties from 1997 to 2007.

I am a rare creature – a native Angeleno! I couldn’t imagine living anywhere but So Cal. L.A. is truly home for me.

I am a 2^nd generation American born Latino. Like many other immigrants, my grandparents came here from Mexico to give their children a better life. They were salt-​of-​the-​earth people who worked hard to attain the American dream. My parents continued their efforts in order to give my brother and I a better life.

I have a deep local knowledge of L.A. & So Cal. Since many people are from somewhere else, being a native Californian really helps give perspective to my clients.

I really love the outdoor L.A. lifestyle: ‘Blading & biking the Venice bike path, mountain biking, and skiing. Now with a 8 year old I also coach kids baseball & soccer. I also grew up surfing and spent over thirty years enjoying hat quintessential California sport. You can catch me at Malibu!
