There are tons of Subways and they’re all pretty much the same, but this team is always exceptionally well managed. Everyone is very friendly and they always remember me. Last time I was there, one of the staff members complimented me on a new haircut. The fact that they can remember customers in a busy retail environment such as this is awesome.
The owner is often around as well, and the way he interacts with his staff is always kind and personable. It’s a chain restaurant that feels like a local business.

There are a bout a billion Subways and other fast food restaurants out there, but these guys distinguish themselves by being friendly and customer-​oriented. It’s nice to stop into a place for lunch where you are not just a cash cow for some faceless absent franchise owner. These guys run their own business and seem quite proud of it, and it shows.

The food here is very very fresh, the cleanliness is extremely a priority to the staff, and the staff are extremely helpful and courteous and professional. One of the best things is you could call in an order and they will have it ready for you

I enjoy coming here for lunch, and at times, I’ll need to pick up a sandwich for dinner. At either visit, the service is excellent, with a smile on their faces and a «Hi how are you today,» as you walk through the door. Extremely attentive to their customers needs and wants. Strongly recommended.
A note to Kevin H. of Bencia. I was in need of the restroom, as well. And though, there isn’t one available right there in their store, it’s actually in another part of the building itself. They next time your there, and need the restroom, go ahead and ask them, and they will either tell you where it is, or actually show you, which is what they did for me at the time.

EXCELLENT service. My first time here just because I’m avoiding traffic but I had to take the time to let everyone know that this place is great Billee helped me out and made my delicious salad. I can even tell that the customers are happy. Glad I came in! Keep it up!

My favorite Subway location, it’s clean, well-​maintained, well-​stocked & service is quick (it’s owner-​operated).
Parking is a cinch, lunch in under 10 min (usually)
