We needed to get a shower door installed in our master bathroom and a mirror in our second bath. Ryan was very thorough during his consultation. He answered all of my question & was incredibly knowledgeable. The installation was quick and efficient… we are over the moon about our new shower & mirror. I’d highly, highly recommend using them. As an FYI — I did not price shop around so I can’t say whether or not they are on the high end or not. What I would say is the service they provided was well worth the cost because I felt like Ryan and his team did an excellent job of pointing out potential issues, things to consider, and their process.

Ryan and his group are sensational. Very creative, excellent energy, on time delivery and fair in their pricing. Highly recommend them.

I can’t say enough good things about Ryan and his team. We have recently remodeled two bathrooms and used North Bay Shower Door for both. Ryan is a great guy to work with. He was on time, friendly and professional when coming to our home to take measurements and give us a price. The quality of the doors is top notch and the installers were also super professional, on time and did excellent work. I recommend getting the upgrades, too. Our doors are beautiful, thick, clear glass, they stay clean, and the hardware is great looking and solid.

We wanted to have a frameless shower and contacted 3 different companies in Marin to get a quote (all well rated on Unilocal). Two of the three told us they can’t do it; our shower is too big to be a frameless shower. The response was literally we do A, B and C and you don’t fit into either of these. Then we met Ryan… not only we could have the frameless shower but we had 2 options. He thinks outside the box and offers a solution. We LOVE LOVE LOVE our shower. It’s not your typical enclosure. It’s an amazing, one of a kind shower. A design that transformed our entire bathroom! All appointments were on time and installation on schedule. We are very impressed with the work!!!

I am very happy with my shower door and the whole process. Ryan came in a timely manner to take measurements and give estimate. The door was completed when promised and the installers did an excellent job; they even reattached two loose tiles that were adjacent to the work area which they didn’t have to do and they left the area spotless. I highly recommend them.

As a homeowner, I have used North Bay Shower Door on several occasions over the years to design and install new frameless glass showers when I have renovated my bathrooms and have always been impressed with the quality of the work. Ryan is helpful in the design, delivers on time, and the installation is exacting. No problems, no excuses. I have always been pleased with the end product.

I recently hired North Bay Shower Door to design and install a custom shower door for my daughters new bathroom. Ryan and his team were amazing! I was very happy with the work done by North Bay Shower Doors. They fabricated and installed a door in one bathroom and «re-​installed» a problematic door in another (that «re-​install» was here when I moved in, it was chronically leaky, and had layer upon layer of silicone fixes and messy mold growing between the layers. They removed it, cleaned it and reinstalled it and did an excellent job. The team from North Bay was very professional, they worked very clean, and were respectful of my house. i.e. laying down tarps, protecting surfaces, and painted walls from their tools and materials. The new door that they fabricated and installed is also perfect. Yes, I had to patiently wait to get on their schedule, but it was worth it. They clearly have high work standards and I was willing to wait because I have been through my share of unprofessional, messy, over priced contractors who claim to know what their doing, but do not! (hence the many layers of messy goop on my shower door that never stopped leaking!) Plus: these guys specialize in what they do and therefore bring a high level of excellence and knowledge to it. They know the building codes etc that are important to head when installing heavy (and potentially dangerous) glass shower doors.

Ryan, the owner, was so personable and helpful; he answered all my questions and really took the time to explain my options, show me different types of glass and hardware and didn’t try to upsell me on anything. He also did the installation himself with one other worker, and they were meticulous, quick, clean and professional. I had shopped around and spoke to other glass/​bath companies in Marin, but his price was the most reasonable and no other company took the time to explain things like he did. They just handed me a (highter) estimate! So my shower door is gorgeous and I recommend this company highly.
